To be honest, it was my mistake (or innocence) to book an "adult" hotel without noticing it is "that type". Walk about 7-800m from nearest station to the hotel, it is little bit inconvenient because there is no walking-side and the road is only for vehicles, so please note this. The price is not really good for location actually if you travel for Osaka, we picked it because we must travel early to Kansai airport for flight so it is the most suitable option. Facilities are old and just newly decorated. They use keys for each room with specific parking slot for each - just like style for "couple" by hours lol. The room is non-smoking but actually smell very strong of smokes.

The location was closer to the station than we expected. Took a taxi there and the meter never moved. We walked back the next morning - less than ten minutes walk.
The onsite Onsen was lovely and relaxing. Children enjoyed the projector room and we enjoyed the ocean view room.
Checkin with the dinosaurs was cool, though with two rooms in one reservation, it didn't work and we needed a staff member to assist us. It was quick enough anyway.
