The hotel looks splendid. The art pieces, the flower arrangements, the beautiful high-floor reception.
The room was amazing. Tastefully furnished, clean and with all the amenities one can think of. The bed-sheets are soft and the towels are thicker than my winter coat.
The hotel is very well-staffed and request are taken care of seriously and promptly.
The location is convenient, within walking distance to subway stations and many buses. The hotel is also connected to a mall with a convenience store, nice cafe and a good Italian restaurant.
The breakfast is fantastic. I had to restraint myself.
While the hotel itself is fairly small and lacks some of the facilities of larger hotels, in terms of quality and beauty it rivals luxury hotels like Tokyo's Okura. I actually like the fact that the hotel is fairly intimate (just 9 floors of guest rooms).

We had the upper floor suite with the kitchenette. Everything was clean and comfortable. The tea and snacks in the lobby were a nice bonus.

There was so much to like about the stay. The staff were very friendly and responded to anything very quickly. There was a moment where it seemed like our drain was clogged, however after contacting the staff, my phone died. The staff waited until I came back to check on the issue (I got back closer to 1am so they waited for around 5 hours for me to return ㅠㅠㅠ).
This place will be the number one option for all my future Busan visits!

Awesome experience with a friendly and supportive host. From the beginning till the end of the stay, the host is constantly reachable. The location is great as well, walking distance to everything you need to see in Gyeungju including the bus stop. 20 mins walk from bus stop to the location.
