Hotels in South Korea

We really couldn't ask for a better stay for our first trip to Korea! We were a bit hesitant before booking due to the limited number of reviews on Booking.com, but a Korean friend looked up the place on some local website and recommended me this place. We couldn't have made a better choice! The host is honestly one the kindest humans I have ever met, she welcomed us with a warm smile from the very first moment and made us feel so much at home. She first explained us everything about the facilities, then took an instant photo of us with her camera which she gifted us as a memory! Every day she cleaned up our place and brought us some snacks or fresh bakery products! On top of that, she gave us some recommendations on current festivals/exhibitions and she regularly sent us lovely messages to make sure that we were doing well and asking us if we needed anything. I can only recommend this place, the host will make your stay special and you will leave with such happy memories of her. On a practical note, the place is also conveniently located close to three different subway lines stations, so moving around is incredibly easy. Just around the street corner there's also a very convenient spot for taxis to stop, so that's very practical as well. I can't recommend this place enough!

Staff professionalism and cleanliness

We loved everything about our stay! The location was so good, the subway is right in front of the hotel and the airport bus also stops right in front which was so convenient. The room and bathroom were so clean and the bed was so comfortable, we slept so well! The staff were so kind and friendly and the breakfast was also so delicious. We came for a concert at Olympic Park and the location was perfect, it was only one stop on the subway and about 15 minutes walking so it was really easy to get there. Everything was perfect and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul!

The location of the hotel is perfect, it is pretty central to so very easy to travel to other districts. Not to mention a 7Eleven, Cafe and PC bang right around the corner. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable, it was what drew me into booking the hotel. The hotel has everything you need, washer and dryer, coffee/tea in the lobby (and your room). The entire hotel is VERY VERY clean and the staff is just exceptional, super friendly, helpful and very kind. Definitely recommend, probably the best hotel I stayed at during my two weeks in S.Korea.

I love the cleanliness and location. Especially how fast the host responds whenever I had a question or needed help. They where so kind and understanding. Definitely will stay here whenever I visit Korea. There are so many amenities and you are so close to the subway stations. With a huge mall and movie theatre connected. You also have the limo busses taking you to the airport right in front of the mall and the fee is only ₩16,000. What more can you ask for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

It has clean a proper installation. Also a Gym easy to access. The location and view of my room let me keep the curtains opened.

The experience was wonderful, an impressive variety of delicious food and exceptionally friendly staff. What truly made it unforgettable was how the team went out of their way to celebrate my twin daughter's 9 month milestone, even without me mentioning it, That thoughtful gesture meant so much to me, and i deeply appreciate it.

I stayed at Signiel Seoul and honestly it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The views from the room were absolutely unreal — especially at night when the whole city lights up. It really feels special being so high up in Lotte World Tower. The room was super clean, modern, and very comfortable. I loved the bathroom — the bathtub with the skyline view made it even more memorable. The staff were so polite and professional, and everything felt smooth from check-in to check-out. If you’re looking for a luxury stay in Seoul, I highly recommend Signiel. It truly feels five-star in every way.

An absolutely wonderful stay in Seoul! It’s new and very well-constructed, has an amazing central location, is right next to the Sinchon (Line 2) subway station, there’s a 24/7 CU convenience store on the first floor of the building plus an Olive Young next door plus a full E-Mart grocery store, and staff is very helpful + friendly. Loved the spacious & comfortable queen-size bed, which is harder to come by (many hotels in Seoul provide the smaller full/double-size bed). The LG-brand washing machine is a good size has a built-in dryer, amazing! The smart TV is large and has streaming apps – it’s so nice to be able to log into Netflix and relax after a long day exploring. The 2-door mini fridge has a freezer compartment completely separate from the fridge, so it actually legitimately keeps stuff frozen. This is rare to come by, because usually hotels provide a 1-door mini fridge with a tiny freezer section built in (which doesn’t really work). Several street food vendors set up right outside the building by the subway station. There are tons of food options within less than a 5-minute walk away, and Hongdae is only 15 minutes away. Even though the building is next to a busy street, the room is soundproofed very well. We had a room facing the busy street, but could barely ever hear a low rumble. I think there’s also noraebang (노래방) / karaoke under the building, but we could never hear it from our room! Even though the room is small (182 sqft), which is the norm in Seoul, it’s a very functional & efficient space. We felt very comfortable. We put an extra hand towel over the black stovetop so that we’d have extra usable counter space.
