Very nice hotel very nice staff

I had a very pleasant stay at INN OZZ Astana. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Facilities are new and well maintained,the location is very convenient,but the game changer is the staff working at the property,especially the way Mr.Sanzhar made an eye-contact as soon as we entered to the property,greeted us properly,finished our check-in process less than in 3 minutes including explanations of facilities and working hours,and the same way during our stay,always super friendly,professional and supportive,our stay was great, we would love to back! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and service! I started celebrating my birthday at the hotel before heading to the restaurant. The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, responding to all my requests politely and professionally. They even brought five pairs of slippers for my guests in the suite, even though they weren’t staying at the hotel. I’m beyond grateful for this thoughtful gesture. I will definitely return and stay here again when I’m back in Kazakhstan. A big thank you to the reception team and the concierge staff for being so caring and attentive. Much love!

EXQUISITE!!!! What an excellent attention to detail with the interior of the room. Top notch!!! We felt like home with their warm welcome. Ms. Alina at the reception was superb. This hotel has a butler service. Our butler Mr. Sanzhar left us a welcome note and made sure that he and his team were available whenever we needed them. What an amazing team. Location of the hotel is close to many attractions and easily accessible. P.S.: Use YandexGo app for online cab bookings.

The location was best to connect the entire city center. More accessible to visit the attractions.
