Me and two friends stayed at this camp in the Merzouga Desert and had an unforgettable time! The staff was super friendly and organized everything we needed from the camel ride at sunset to quad biking and sandboarding. The camp was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was just perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great desert adventure!

We had a great time at this camp. As a vegetarian, I was grateful for the specially prepared supper that the team made for me; it was quite amazing. Witnessing the sunset while camel trekking in Merzouga was an incredible experience. Sandboarding was entertaining and fun as well. To be honest, I would return here time and time again.

I absolutely loved being here, Youssef, Mohammed and their team are simply incredible. They truly try to make you feel like family. If you are looking for an honest proprietor in Merzouga, look no further. They also have a desert camp if that is an experience that you are seeking. Anything that you want can be arranged; vegan? No problem. Want to go on a sunset camel ride? Say less. Sandboarding? They'll bring your board to the dunes. They will never try to upsell you. Anything you want, you need only ask. I have already recommend them far and wide, with enthusiasm.

The tents, the welcome, dinner and breakfast. Drumming round the camp fire and even a desert Christmas tree for festive celebration. All of it was fantastic. We enjoyed the day on the dunes it was fantastic. I suspect this place is mostly booked by operators for their tours but if you have the choice of the many camps around the desert you won’t be disappointed. There were only six or eight rooms so it was intimate compared to some we saw. Ayoub and all the staff were incredible, kind, generous and warm.

We enjoyed a sunset camel ride on our way to camp. If you find the camel ride too much, they will drive you the rest of the way; driving straight to camp is also an option. The staff was welcoming and the food was excellent. After dinner we enjoyed traditional music played by our Berber hosts and we were given the opportunity to ask questions about their culture. Our tent was cozy and comfortable, even though it was a cold night. We would recommend this camp to anyone!

My stay at Aurum Dunes Luxury Camp was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, the team welcomed me with warm smiles and true Moroccan hospitality. The camp itself is beautifully designed, with elegant tents that blend traditional Berber charm and modern luxury. The beds were super comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and everything was very clean. The sunset camel ride was a highlight — riding through the golden dunes as the sun disappeared was a moment I’ll never forget. The food was also fantastic, especially the traditional Moroccan dishes prepared fresh in the camp. The evening around the fire with music and drums added such a special touch to the night.

This was a great place to stay with air con and secured parking. The owners were lovely and very helpful, would definitely stay again 👍

exotic cozy room, staff are all kind and friendly, tasty Moroccan dishes, great view of dune, the sunset and the dawn was so so beautiful that unforgettable...hopefully have some chance to comeback to such a paradise!

Nice location near the dunes you can enjoy landscape of the desert we ride camel to see amazing sunset next day taking 4×4 car across sanddunes return to merzouga, tents was comfortable delicious food we had , at camp night lighting colors of lamps and it's safe to have wolk outside in sanddunes to watchingstar's
