Everything was GREAT. Food, rooms, staff, pool, beach, even on-site activities!

Everything! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff was more than accommodating. They even brought a fan up to our room when it was a little hot. And helped us with laundry needs.

I liked the size of the room, and also being able to see the ocean.

I stayed here for a business trip and had a very comfortable experience. The location is very good, and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Electricity, water and all necessary facilities are always available. I felt very comfortable during my stay.

Staff in the learning center was really helpful

Right on the spot, perfect for beginner. Duotone center is very well equiped with friendly and useful staff, affordable. The food is very good, it changes every day with a lot of choice. The breakfast with fresh juice is particularly tasty.

The property is well-designed, modern, and clean. All staff, from reception, to maintenance, to service (including restaurants) were friendly, professional, and helpful. Younes and his team, and in particular Hajouba went above and beyond to offer an A+ experience, from quick check-ins, to helping you select activities and excursions, to booking transportation.

We had an excellent time at the playa hotel the staff is very kind and helpful they did everything to make sure we had a good time . The rooms are clean and comfortable, we enjoyed drinking coffee at the little tables overlooking the ocean. We booked for 2 nights and during our stay we added an other night. We recommend a stay at the Playa hotel to all who visit Dakhla. Good quality good price warm welcome and excellent staff. Inshallah we will return. Thank you so much for everything.

the staff was so nice and helpful, special shout out to Ayoub, Hicham, Mourad, Aya and everyone at the reception, restaurant, bar and cleaning services. The view was gorgeous and completely unobstructed perfect for clearing your mind and relaxing. The beach is just a few feet away and easy to access. The food was actually good (compliments to the two chefs) and the buffet has a lot of options for picky eaters like me. The activities were exciting and I really appreciated the fact that I got picked up and dropped off at the hotel for every single one. the vibe at the hotel was perfect and as a solo traveler I appreciated how respectful and kind the staff and guests were. I did NOT want to leave and was already planning my next visit!

The warm welcome, the professionalism of the staff and the excellent service. A special thanks to Kaoutar, Yassine and all the team for their kindness and availability. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

The room looked way better than I expected. Everything was clean. The hotel is also in the city center so it is very convenient. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The owner was wonderful. The staff was great. I arrived on the bus at 6:00AM. He gave me a room to relax in until my room was ready. When I went down to check on the room he gave me a cup of coffee while I waited. I asked about a tour to the White Dune. He booked me on a tour. I asked about laundry. When I tried to pay he said it came with the hotel. He paid for my taxi to the airport. The hotel cafe is delightful and the food was good . The room was comfortable and clean.

Everything was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful time, and the staff was especially outstanding—always friendly and ready to help in any situation. Also, the sea view from the balcony was incredibly beautiful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property!! Curated like a museum the common spaces are spectacular. The pool and rooms are sheik and the dining area overlooking the bay is spectacular.
