The staff were professional and helpful, especially Kawtar. She took immediate action to put me in a new room when we discovered that the AC was broken. She even found me a room with a semi view of the ocean. The room was clean and had the essentials. Bed was comfortable. Location cannot be beat as it's right at the beach! So convenient for swimming and a day on the beach then head to my room for a shower and clean clothes. Breakfast was a good variety buffet that the staff furiously was restocking as fast as they could. The pool area was beautiful and very clean. I loved my stay here and will come again!

Amazing stay amazing staff and great Manager, All the team members are very nice and supportive, the only thing was the noises on the night from the street, But overall it was the perfect experience, The food is nice but need to look into the cleanliness in general. The location was near the beach in central city of el jadida the breakfast was very good the parking on road for free...

The property is absolutely Stunning I was stunned by the views and the beach and how close it is to the Hotel however the lack of restaurant inside the property may outlets are closed cause of the renovation and that’s totally fine and a huge respect To Abdulnabi the Patchamama’s morning manager he is one of a kind he tooks good care of my mother the service he provided the way he approached us every morning was very warming and welcoming.

My family and I stayed at this hotel. The food was great and the staff was amazing, all within a reasonable price. I will come back to this hotel for sure.

Very good location. Few minutes walk away from medina, beach and local market. Good views from room . Liked setup of room...Very practical for traveler. Has refrigerator and elevator. Good breakfast buffet.

First thing I don’t like speak for a customer. I don’t want customer nothing for explain good I pay my name for two nights and he don’t give me Hotel and don’t give back money. Also Booking.com for me. I am waiting my money return.

Staf are verry friendlly a room biger than I expected and in good location everything is near to it .

The information desk were great and staff were friendly, location, clean, wide rooms , comfortable beds, view, totally I am very pleased to stay there .
