Hotel has free parking. Very welcoming, kind, polite and very efficient receptionist Ms Fatima. Convenient size room with a fridge, kettle and a large, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was impeccable, plenty and very tasty. What made it even more enjoyable was the very accommodating, professional and smiley service by Ms Khadija. Very highly recommended.

Honestly, I don't think this hotel could have gotten any better, it's right on the beach, it was only an 8 min walk from the bus stop from Marrakech, about an 8 min walk to restaurants, and 10 mins from the medina. We were so fortunate to get upgraded to an ocean view room and we absolutely loved it and spent so much time on the balcony and enjoyed a few sunsets out there too. The wifi was good, the room was clean, the breakfast that was included was a great spread with a fresh omelette station, and bed's were comfy, what else could you ask for?!

Yasmine, with her keen eye for detail, transformed our room into a haven of beauty and comfort. The reception was nothing short of remarkable, thanks to Ines, Souad and, Yousra. Their warm welcomes, helpful insights, and constant readiness to assist made every interaction a delight. A special mention must go to Fatimazahra from housekeeping. Her meticulous attention to cleanliness and organization in our room was impressive. She not only maintained the highest standards but also did so with a smile and a kind word every day. Lastly, Nadia and Oumaima were the unsung heroes of our stay. Their behind-the-scenes efforts in ensuring the hotel ran smoothly did not go unnoticed. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every corner of the hotel. In conclusion, our stay at Sofitel Essaouira was a memorable one, thanks to the exceptional staff. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The room is very comfortable. And the view is amazing.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city center. The common area, decorated in lovely shades of blue, creates a welcoming atmosphere. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Both receptionists, one older and one younger, were very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

The owners and staff were always welcoming with genuine smiles. The property is very clean, featuring a large pool, and the food is amazing. Additionally, the Riad is in a great location, close to the ocean and just a few minutes' walk from the Medina. 100% recommended

We had an amazing stay at Riad Rafeef in Essaouira. The riad is absolutely beautiful, with stunning Moroccan architecture, elegant decor, and exceptional attention to detail. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very peaceful. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and one of the highlights of our stay. The location is perfect—quiet yet just a short walk from the Medina, the beach, and all the main attractions. If you're looking for an authentic, relaxing, and luxurious experience in Essaouira, I highly recommend Riad Rafeef. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice and cozy room, locate within the Medina, but off the main market street: so quiet. Clean and the hots is accommodating.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Very nice Petit Dejuner including and egg and bottle of water. The location is perfect. On a small but close to big plaza and port where is a lot action. You can hire a cart man, if don’t want deal luggage. Taxi a with in close walking distance but not up to hotel.

The hotel is well located in Essaouira, with a calm atmosphere and a comfortable bed. The room was clean and suitable .

I stayed there for almost 2 weeks and they make me feel was my own home ! Perfect location , very easy to find it. Everyone was very nice , polite . My room was always very clean .The breakfast was served in the restaurant downstairs and was delicious. I will be back for sure and recommend the place 💯
