Amazing, clean and I got a room upgrade!

The staff are really very gentile and professional. It is worth noting how impeccably clean the room was, giving respect to the cleaning staff and how they get it done in such heat. Of note the room has very good AC so at least they can work in some degree of comfort with the temperature. Next door is Afriquia and it has a Oasis restaurant with very relaxed service and very nice tagines. Also a convenience shop is there. Yes Marrakech in August, what a wild experience.

Excellente expérience ! La nourriture était très variée, l’aquapark est superbe et l’équipe d’animation a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Un immense merci à Oumaima du service client, qui a été exceptionnelle du début à la fin. Toujours souriante, accueillante, à l’écoute et très professionnelle, elle a pris le temps de répondre à toutes nos questions et de nous aider à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Son sens du service a vraiment fait la différence. Merci également aux deux maîtres-nageurs du toboggan à bouée et du toboggan sombre, qui étaient très sympathiques, souriants et bienveillants. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Fantastic location. Walking areas are vast (even running in nearby parks is excellent.) Lovely staff culture. The spa is a major bonus, with vigorous hamam scrub on offer.

I loved the luxury feel of the hotel. The food was very nice and the buffet was excellent. We enjoyed the activities very much, both the pool and the evening program. The star of the show was Yuki, he made everything so much fun. His dancing and games were the best!

breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices. we visited the hamman or spa and had an indulgent treatment. totally worth it! the staff was very friendly and so warm. the rooms were very clean and large and had every amenity. felt as if you were staying at a 5 star resort.

It was really amazing trip to Morocco specially the hotel Royal Mirage Deluxe in Marrakesh. I feel the hospitality from the staff specially Mr Saad the hotel manager and all the reception staff Also I enjoyed the experience of traditional Moroccan food with amazing taste

Excellent, new, clean and with extremely helpful and polite staff. The breakfast was also great and they bring a new bottle of water to the room every day.

Amazing place with very friendly staff, beautifully arranged and very clean, great food. I would like to go back and spend more time there!
