Location was somewhat isolated but that was part of its attraction. A few restaurants are nearby but island is easy to cross. Easy to get away from crowds.
Grand Case Beach Club has 2 private beaches where guests can swim and snorkel. There is a restaurant and an outdoor pool. All rooms have views of the garden or the ocean.

My wife and I recently stayed at Villa Jwi Lavi Boutique Hotel in Saint Martin for a weekend getaway (March 29-31, 2025), and it was a delightful experience! This charming boutique hotel is tucked away in a peaceful spot in Cul-de-Sac, just a short drive from Grandes Cayes Beach, Orient Bay and Anse Marcel. The location is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet escape with easy access to some of the island’s best spots on the French side—though you’ll definitely need a car to get around.
The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with all the essentials: comfy bed, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries. I loved the little touches like the electric kettle and the seating area—perfect for unwinding after a day out. Our rooms had a lovely balcony with sea views.
The shared lounge and terrace were highlights for me. The pool area is small but inviting, and it was great to relax there with a view of Pinel Island in the distance. Breakfast was a simple continental affair—freshly baked croissants, juice, and coffee—but it hit the spot each morning. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering tips on nearby hikes and beaches, which made the stay feel personal and welcoming.
Free Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, and the free private parking was a big plus. It’s not a luxury resort by any means, but for a boutique stay with a cozy, homey vibe, it’s hard to beat. I’d happily return for the tranquility and great value—highly recommend for couples or anyone wanting a laid-back Saint Martin base

Oyster Bay French side is a great location - completely quiet with no traffic or noisy nightclubs, but easy access by car to anywhere on the island. The view from my balcony was lovely and having a kitchenette was very useful. The bed was large and comfortable and the A/C worked well. Several good restaurants nearby - my favorite was BZH, which you could walk to if you wanted. The food on St. Martin is fabulous - it's like being in Europe. Delphine and the rest of the staff are wonderful. I will definitely come back.
We loved the serenity of this location looking out to the ocean-the peace and quiet that we needed. Angie is very personable. Very clean, all amenities, and easy drive to Dawn beach, Orient Bay, and even into Philipsburg etc. You definitely need a car! Everywhere on the island is within easy reach! Thanks Angie!!
Very well equipped villa at a beautiful location. The host, Delphine, was extremely friendly and helpfull, easy to contact via WhatsApp.
The private pool and the sun beds with a great view at Oyster Pond are great!
