If I owned this apartment, I would upgrade it to be more in line with expectations from someone who is prepared to pay for the premium location. The list of items that need replacing and improving is long. Basic things as shower operation and kitchen appliances and furnishings. really easy to to get around Valetta, especially with the bus terminal which goes anywhere on the island for 2.50 euros. can be quite crowded at times especially when a cruise ship arrives in port, but this is to be expected being the capitol. Plenty of places to eat and drink if you like pasta and pizza - not a massive variety of dishes to choose from if your a fussy eater. Loads to do with all the churches, streets, museums to visit. I would recommend the Gun Post for drinks if you want to watch the sun set. and our favorite restaurant was Galea's kitchen.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Valletta was beautiful and overall very welcoming. One aspect that took us by surprise was the (at least) twice daily firework barrages! We undertsood from a waiter that they go on from April through October. Do not stay here!
Do not stay here! Bar closed two nights for a private function. Air con is set to 21C, doesn't go colder (cue awful nights sleep), fridge doesn't work. Cleaners stole 150 euro and helped themselves to food in the room - actually caught her doing this. Hotel reception just laugh when you complain. Lobby smells of drains, flies in the room. People was charming and friendly, the food was excellent, the views breathtaking. Only serious drawback was climbing all those damn stairs to Merchant Street, where most of the restaurants are.
