There's no WIFI at this hotel outside the main lobby, so if you need WIFI do not stay here. The hotel is old and not really clean. It is also really loud from the school kid's screaming next door, so bring earbuds
The hotel staff is nice enough, but some of the hotel's restaurant staff was pretty rude.

Perfectly located. We stayed in a TeePee and loved the experience. It was cozy and could hear the ocean at night. It was amazing! Very clean, tidy

This is a stunning location! If you don't need to be in the touristic centre of the island this is paradise. Most amazing sunset views from the pool and balconies. We didn't realise until we went into the fracas of the Isla centre how good we had it - just wanted to get back! Clear blue waters. If you look up best snorkelling spots, it is actually one right in front of the hotel. Great pool for adults and kids. Room was comfy and balcony in particular was super cool. Love resident cat Toto. Lots of little eateries around, including La Kinha just down the road with free pools and wharf and the excellent food at Ulan. Convenience store nearby.
Hotel Kinich has accommodations in Isla Mujeres near El Cocal Beach and Isla Mujeres Beach. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi.

Dislike: not enough towels, no utensils to eat with or paper towel. Poor toilet. Barely flushed despite not using toilet paper. Continental breakfast was a joke. Nothing more than a pineapple fruit cup. No juice, no napkins, no utensils, stale pastries.

The AC worked wonderfully, it had running water and a great view. The fridge worked. It was close to several good restaurants and attractions. Mostly it was a fantastic price. It was exactly worth what I paid.

We spent only one night in Isla Mujeres but I think it was enough :D We rented a Golf Cart which was super nice to drive around the island. Only thing I regret that we didn't have time to snorkel because of the short visit..

Isla Mujeres is a small but very busy island, very popular among american tourists. It's easy to get there by ferry from Cancun. There is no need for a car, you can rent a golf cart, there is no public transport.
Playa de Norte is very busy with boats coming for a day as well. I would recommend visiting other beaches in south part of the islands where is much quieter.

Isla was clean and safe!!!
Isla was clean and safe!!! The locals were friendly and so fun. We enjoyed our golf cart tour with Island Robby tours. We also enjoyed renting a golf cart from Prisma, catching sunrise at Punta Sur, and exploring the island on our own. We snorkeled at Garrafon de Castilla and saw hundreds of colorful fish. We booked a private tour of Chichen Itza and a Cenote as well. Love love love Isla Mujeres!

I love the island because it is small and safe.
I love the island because it is small and safe. Other than making a drive around the island, you can walk everywhere you would want to go. There are so many awesome restaurants and shops - I shopped literally every day. My favorite restaurant is Mahache, which has excellent food, gentle live music and an art shop! I can also spend hours walking the shoreline to listen to the sights and sounds of the ocean. I can eat a mango a day (with and without rum)! The locals are friendly, happy and helpful. It's my favorite place to go!

The Island was great and staff is friendly. The ocean was amazing and the water was beautiful. Only thing I didn't care for was the constant amount of people trying to sell you stuff. Just wanted to relax and enjoy the sites without have to always say no thanks

Wonderful vacation with my family, including my 80+ year old parents. My mother uses a walker and did just fine. We used CARM for travel from the airport and had them add the ferry. I recommend this to all. They made it so seamless! The taxi was easy on the island itself. We stayed on the southern part of Isla Mujeres, specifically in Punta Sur, so we were away from the busier side of the island.

The view from the terrace is astonishing. The best you could wish for! Perfectly located distantly from the tourists mess of the north side of the island.
We rented two bikes and in 10 minutes we could easily reach Playa Norte and Punta Sur.
There are few restaurants with fair prices in the area but we really recommend Mango Cafe, located just in front of the building. Falling asleep with the sound of the waves has no price! 100% recommended. :) Small tip - the hotel entrance is on the right to the Church's entrance⛪->🏩
Casa Coco is an idyllic hotel situated midway in Isla Mujeres. It has a great beach area for swimming and kayaking.
It’s far from the party central and close to some good eateries, I’d recommend a golf cart and travel all across the island is easy.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, if you’re looking to enjoy this island in peace, I recommend this hotel.
A great breakfast was also included.
The hotel was easy to get to right near the ferry terminal, and a short walk to the main shops and Playa Norte. Check-in was easy, the room was spacious and comfy with a bit of character. The pool looked enticing though we didn't end up swimming in it. Definitely recommend staying here for a great budget option.
The staff were absolutely incredible. So polite, kind & attentive. The private beach club with the hotel is the nicest one in isla mujeres. The nighttime entertainment was great and the food was lovely. Our jacuzzi bath on the balcony didn’t work which was a shame, but other than that our stay was perfect.
