The room with the jacuzzi was exceptional! a great little seating area separated from the bedroom was great for watching some tv while eating dinner, and the desk was just perfect for some last-minute work. The bed was indeed king, and very comfortable, however, the best bit was the jacuzzi. It filled up fast, was great for both sitting in, and lying in comfortably, and I could just watch TV from the side of the jacuzzi, which was nice. Aircon was a plus for climbing out the tub and wanting to cool off after rinsing in the shower. The separate shower, sinks, and toilet make this very comfortable for a couple to really chill in.

Puebla Puebla is a city with a lot of history of the conquistadores. I don't recommend this city to people that don't like to visit cathedrals or churches. My favorite place to eat was El comal delicious sopa pueblana. Very easy to get around down town. You can take uber to visit los fuertes or to go any place you want to visit or take the turibus. Puebla state has many small magical towns and waterfalls. My favorite place was the library Palafoxiana.

Beautiful vibe for a walk, recommend taking a tour with sightseeing bus (we were with Spanish speaking family member so we took the original old bus which has the excursion in Spanish only, it’s an open roof bus and it was fun).
We liked the live concert of Mozart and famous local soprano in the biggest once in Latin America library (unesco heritage), the main square and Puebla cathedral, the museum of railway, and of course, countless churches.

Beautiful town with a great atmosphere - we only had time to explore just a bit but would love to have stayed longer to explore additional neighbourhoods and activities, hikes, sites, etc. Lots of great food and drink options and a great vibe from locals. We loved it here!

Very neat downtown with a lot of museums and history. Also puebla has one of the best food traditions in mexico. to go from one place to another in downtown is easy by foot, going to further locations we've used uber, which was reliable and not so expensive.

Puebla is a lovely colonial city.
Puebla is a lovely colonial city. The city center has been revitalized with great renovations of historic buildings and plazas. It is a great place to enjoy the excellent local cuisine and it is close to Cholula, a city with more churches and a pyramid.

very accessible city but expensive with very expensive poor quality of food. thriving culture and cool vibe in the center. lots of things to do and see lots of shopping. cool parks but I recommend Chalula the little town just outside.
We had a great stay in this hotel in Puebla. Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. You can clearly tell that professionalism is valued at this hotel. All details are taken care of. The inner premises of the hotel are smashing. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in Mexico. It is presented nicely and served by a very friendly member of staff, who keeps on asking if all is good ("more coffee?"). The location is perfect, close to the main plaza. Free and secured parking is provided.
Didn't eat there. Yin and Yang: first night probably worst in Mexican hotels...of 9 months straight every night: NOISE. 2nd night, one of best thanks to ROBERTO, FERNANDA, SEBASTIAN: quiet room away from central courtyard. Bottom line: read fine print on Booking.com, if they want to put you against wishes filed before reservation, check where you will be "inprisoned" at your hefty expense, decline to sign charge slip, go do street to one of many OTHERS.
I felt like a princess in this beautiful grand hacienda during my weekend stay. My room was huge and tastefully designed with light wood furniture and pretty carpets, high ceilings, and a large bathroom which felt very pampering after a day of wandering about in the heat in Puebla. The food at the hotel was excellent and the staff super friendly, helping me with my suitcase and arranging taxis.
The best thing about this stay was that we could see Mount Popocatepetl through the window of the room.
The lobby of the hotel was nicely decorated and the restaurant had fairly good food at decent prices.
The hotel has a couple of pharmacies and convenience stores nearby.
The gym was quite well equipped and had nice views of the mountains.
The free parking is nearby and quite big.
It's a super nice hostel. It's perfectly clean, the dorm was huge and beautifully furnished with many nice details. The staff is more than friendly and helpful! It's a 10 - 15 minute walk to the historical center what is perfectly fine. I enjoyed my stay and can recommend the hostel 100%! Have stayed in several hostels in Puebla and this was definitely the best one.
Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Incredibly comfy beds and the best showers we’ve had in Mexico! The food at the restaurant was so good, I almost didn’t want to eat out (but you have to because hey, it’s Puebla!). The pool area was fabulous. Plus, the staff all mostly spoke English (if you’re in Puebla, not everyone does) and were all very helpful.
The hotel is simple but charming and has all of the needed amenities. The personnel was very helpful and friendly. The wifi worked great. The localisation was perfect, literally three minutes walk to the historic center of Puebla with bakeries, stores and restaurants on the way. Absolutely loved my stay there!
Hotel Diana is located a few blocks from Puebla's historic center and within easy walking distance of most of the city's tourist attractions. The rooms are very large with modern bathrooms, A/C, TV and good Wi-Fi. At the price I paid, I was very happy with the hotel and would return.
Loved this boutique hotel! For the price, it was my best stay up to now in Mexico. Staff super friendly and helpful, there was closed parking which we needed due to our cars. And the decoration of the place, so many little corners, plants....and amazing breakfast!
Beautiful quirky boutique hotel with a wonderful atmosphere! Just what you would want in a 16th century home! The staff are just amazing! So helpful and friendly. Lovely linens and very clean.
Short walk to everything you want to see in central.
Felt like a luxury hotel and totally worth it for the price. Very comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure, fast internet, plenty of space in the room. Location in the middle of the historic center. Would definitely stay again.
location was great although hard to find.... the room was OK nice view .... TV was Okay but if Your hotel has FOX News the next time I book a room then I WON'T ! ..... The Breakfast was was the best I had on My 17 day Trip , outstanding !
everything! this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. beautiful design, loved the gardens, huge gorgeous and comfortable room, lots of fantastic small touches, amazing breakfasts, lovely staff.
This hotel is absolutely stunning. It's located in a super central part of Puebla and all of the finishings are truly top tier. I was blown away by the quality, thoughtfulness and details of everything.
Nice hotel in a fabulous building. Great covered courtyard and restaurant. Easy walking into the main centre of Puebla and then comfy beds and a nice room to return to. Friendly staff and good food.
Location and price were amazing. One block walk to Zocalo and easy acces to museums. One block walk to the best restaurant in Puebla...El Mural de los Poblanos.
