Rooms, beds, bathrooms were all very comfortable. We didn't need to ask for extra pillows because we had enough for both beds. Kids were very happy to explore the hotel and look around for the art pieces.

The city is very friendly and lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel to choose from. Walkable and safe. It has a lot if different historical places to see and the Uber drivers are very friendly and happy to drive you.

Lovely atmosphere of the historic downtown center.

Lovely atmosphere of the historic downtown center. Great restaurants and coffee shops Main cathedral impressive, specially it's three organs, with one fully operational. Consider an extra day or two to visit Cholula and Atlixco

I loved Puebla.

I loved Puebla. It is a nice size city that has all you need to stay longer of a week. I liked to visit the many churches from five centuries ago. The Markets with special flavor to Puebla. Puebla has many small towns very closed that one can visit during the day because in a taxi or public transportation, or a tour you can enjoy gastronomy, history, and archeology in those small towns.

I liked the colonial architecture of the city.

I liked the colonial architecture of the city. I liked the stores around that area. I liked the good gastronomical choices there. I liked the museums in the short distance the exist in the center. I liked the activities in the main square, I loved the Mariachi at 7:30 everyday in from of the Royalty hotel. I felt safe overall in the tourist zone.

Puebla is a very easy city to get around because the streets...

Puebla is a very easy city to get around because the streets are on the square. There are lots of Churches and Museums to see and are Free on Sundays. There are so many Restaurants that you will never have trouble finding one in your price range. Taxis are very affordable or you can use the many little buses or mini-vans to get to your destination however walking is so much nicer/healthier for you. On weekends they have many cultural dances in the squares that are free for everyone to watch. The nights have many lit-up buildings to view. Tours to the surrounding little towns are inexspensive and wonderful to see. The Tunnels of Puebla are worth seeing and Free.

Amazing architecture and history.

Amazing architecture and history. Close to high elevation hiking. The old city is larger than I expected, and easy and reasonably priced to navigate to from Mexico City. Getting around the city is quick and reasonably priced by uber.

I love the location of Quinta Real. It's very central and all the important places to see in Puebla are accessible, especially the Cathedral and the Biblioteca Palafoxiana. I love the architecture and ambience of the hotel. The interior is very classy and tasteful. It's like we were transported to an old world. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. They were able to book for us a great private tour to Cholula and Atlixco. The breakfast was delish in the beautiful dining area.

I had a corner room so I had two balconies looking out to the beautiful old town of Puebla. The bed was comfy and the bath tub in the room was unexpected and fun. The shower was huge and had a beautiful window inside ! I didn’t take advantage of the restaurant inside so I can not speak of it. The location is a short beautiful walk to the Zocolo. best bang go the buck. I will be back!!

The room I stayed (room 1), in was spacious and pretty comfortable, although a hand towel for the bathroom would be handy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is definitely the best thing about the hotel, as it is only four block from the main historical square and Cathedral.

All beds had curtains which I find amazing to assure privacy. Bed was comfy and the duvet was cozy. All staff was very kind. I needed medical health and the staff helped to find a doctor nearby. The hostel was really close to Puebla downtown and the walking was always great.
