Convenientl, clean and modern

The best hotel in terms of value for money I have stayed in. The room was incredible, super clean with a modern design. The pool was beautiful and clean with a great view, great djs playing house music, good vibe. The bar was great. A bit pricey but I get it, it’s hotel prices. One issue I had is that in this area nothing is in walking distance. You have to cab to get to most places but if you want to relax and take it easy i totally recommend this hotel.

Good selection of food. Location was great as we spent time on the malecón and in Bucerias

It was a great spot that I would definetly come back to. Clean room, bathroom was super pretty, and air conditioning. The staff was great. From the greeting to the check-out, we were always pleased with the nice front staff and cleaning lady. We ended up having an extra person join us on this trip and they were so nice to get us a sofa bed and only charge us $300 pesos per night extra which was super cheap. The place is on a great location. Everything is super close. Lots of food spots, grocery stores, and the malecon was so close. I really recommend it.

We LOVED the location and amenities at the hotel. It was nice to have a kitchenette in our room, a restaurant at the hotel in case we didn’t want to cook, along with spa, gym and, swimming pool. We also were very happy with the cleanliness of our room, pool and, entire resort. The staff were very helpful and kind which helped make our stay so memorable

The staff was divine to me, very attentive, they make you feel pampered from the moment you arrive. While waiting for my room I could go to the pool and enjoy the food. They took care of all the details, I love it

I got the all inclusive package this time and it was worth the money. The buffet was delicious and had variety of food for everyone in my family. I ask to move rooms and they accommodated my request. The staff is the best!

I had an exceptional time at this hotel. The space was so beautiful and the rooftop was absolutely phenomenal. The service was quite good, especially in the courtyard restaurant. All of the guests seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves.

The service was fantastic. The restaurants have quality food and excellent service. Ricardo and Ignacio provided outstanding customer service and care to all the customers. Their team was attentive and always trying to help the guest.

Breathtaking views of the ocean in a spacious quiet street. Proximity to restaurants, shops and the Malecon. Facilities represent the typical Mexican charm of large rooms and open space with nice decor. Customer service was excellent and I will visit again.

The property was incredibly! Absolutely gorgeous lobby, gym, two infinity pools, and the lounge chairs were great! The room was enormous! The beds were so soft and comfortable! The staff were beyond helpful! I loved that they would text with us to make sure things were going well. Also I have to note that the staff all went above and beyond to help my friend who lost her wallet in a cab. Because of their work we were able to get it back! Quite the miracle! They were helping and checking in even after we had left the property! I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the staff! So grateful we were there when it happened!

Petit Hotel Pilitas is so cute! The pool area has multi-colored fanciful umbrellas hanging above it. And the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Plus it's very conveniently located near all the zona romantica entertainment (restaurants, bars, clubs, cabaret) and the beach.

Everything was excellent, the staff super friendly. They made sure I had what I needed and responded quickly to any questions or needs I had. Thank you so much, I enjoyed my stay.

The location was great, and the restaurant staff next to the adults only pool was fantastic!

Location, location, location!! The staff was also very nice and accommodating. Restaurants all around us and so close to the Los Muertos Pier!!
