Everything is great in this place. The rooms, the location, the staff. The only thing I might say it can improve is the pool, it’s very small for the amount of people staying, I couldn’t even use it because it was full of people. Other than that it was quite a great experience

Very good place, perfect location and good service

Excellent location near marina. Large well furnished rooms. Smaller quiet property. We did not purchase the All Inclusive. While we were there the staff had to deal with a major electrical transformer issue which affected the water supply to the rooms..this was dealt with in a quick professional manner.

I really liked the location for the shopping and restaurants nearby. I flew in and needed to take a bus the next day so I needed to stay in the north end. It was very handy to malls and Walmart.

The food and service was exceptional. The coconut shrimp were the best ever. The activities were fun and the resort was clean and comfortable. I can see why people stay here again and again. The ocean by the resort was amazing with whales, manta rays, and dolphins playing under my balcony. I won't say anywhere else.

I got the all inclusive package this time and it was worth the money. The buffet was delicious and had variety of food for everyone in my family. I ask to move rooms and they accommodated my request. The staff is the best!

The property is very clean. The staff is very attentive. The location is optimal, it’s a walkable distance to the Zona Romántica.

Everything was very good. The customer service was excellent—very kind, attentive, and professional. The staff was understanding and even allowed us to extend our checkout by 1 hour and 30 minutes at no extra charge due to a flight delay. I truly appreciated their flexibility and support.

The landscaping is beautiful and the views amazing. The pools were very clean and refreshing. During our 6 night stay the kiddie pool was completely drained and cleaned at least twice! Love that! The turtle and fish ponds are fun and add a great touch. The food in the little restaurant is delicious, hot, affordable and authentic. Other guests did well to abide by the quiet hours, which is greatly appreciated. There was always a place near the pool to relax. Not overcrowded at all.

Breathtaking views of the ocean in a spacious quiet street. Proximity to restaurants, shops and the Malecon. Facilities represent the typical Mexican charm of large rooms and open space with nice decor. Customer service was excellent and I will visit again.

Amazing hotel. We LOVED the location. The design is just beautiful but what makes it the best hotel in the area is its staff. We truly appreciated all of them. Amazing pools. The rooftop one has an incredible view. We also strongly recommend the Sunday Drag Brunch which was so much fun. Food is also top notch. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will be back.

The property was truly amazing, we stayed in the junior suites and loved it so much.

Location, location, location!! The staff was also very nice and accommodating. Restaurants all around us and so close to the Los Muertos Pier!!
