I liked everything! The Hacienda itself is like going back in time a hundred years but retaining all of the comforts and conveniences of modern times. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and all of them spoke good English. We had Christmas Eve dinner at the Hacienda's restaurant and I would call the food nothing short of exceptional. The bar makes a great margarita to sip on while you take in the old-world ambience of it's decorations and furnishings. On Christmas Eve there is a beautiful posada that starts at the hacienda and threads through the neighborhood with everyone carrying candles and singing Christmas hymns while Mary rides a donkey with the Christ child. It ends in the chapel at the hacienda. It will truly bring the Christmas spirit upon you.

Very clean, they have alot of staff that were all friendly. If the staff would see us they would always greet us even down the hallways. The buffet breakfast was always delicious 🤤
The hotel has the best possible location if going to the us consulate since its right next door.
The one wifi code worked around the entire hotel, which made it so easy for me to take my work laptop with me to breakfast, lobby or terrace.
The rooms were pretty sound proof.
Lastly i wanted to add juarez is beautiful city there is so much to do around the hotel. The mall is across the street.

Beautiful building, fitting well into the city and well equipped. All the city attractions are within safe walking distance. The comunal areas are beautifully kept and the pool very inviting. The rooms are ample and well designed, everything feels very premium all the way to the bathroom amenities.
Special highlight was the team around Juan, which made our stay feel especially welcoming. From the check-in until a farewell coffee in the morning we felt very well taken care of. We will be sure to be back!

The Quinta Lolita is a real highlight! The central location is perfect - all sights, restaurants and shops are within easy reach. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, so you feel welcome from the first minute.
The rooms are not only cozy and modern, but also absolutely well thought out. There really is nothing missing - from practical details to lovely extras like beach towels, everything is there. The atmosphere in the hotel is wonderfully warm and inviting, so you immediately feel at home.
This hotel is a little paradise for everyone who appreciates style, comfort and warmth. I can only warmly recommend it and am already looking forward to my next stay!
