Patio and pool were very relaxing and loved by the kids; having the restaurant available when we didn't want to go out later in the evening; attractive buildings and landscaping; very helpful people at reception and housekeeping. We also liked the fact that many of the clients were multigenerational Mexican families. A good family hotel.

My room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the shower was hot. Just minutes from the airport, the location and our three rooms were perfect for a one-night stay for me, my adult children and grandchildren.

The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. At this time of year, the heat made sleep quite difficult because without A/C, you’d like to leave the outside doors open for air, but the street noise is unbearable. With the doors closed, the ceiling and portable fans help, but it is still quite hot.

The location of this property was perfect for us. We loved the neighborhood we were in and thought it was perfect walking distance to all the places! The staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved the roof top terrace. Watching the sunrise up there in the morning was very special! All in all such a great experience. When coming back to Oaxaca we will stay here again!

Beautiful and a very peaceful, serene location. I would visit this place again! It has a courtyard where I sat quite a few times during my stay. I could hear the birds chirping even in the middle of the day. At the same time, the location was within walking distance to all the places in centro.
The room was clean and spacious enough for me. There was a closet, a lockbox, a desk and chair and the thing to dry my clothes on.
The staff was very helpful. Open to questions and assisted me throughout my stay. I suggest taking a cab/collectivo from the airport itself to the hotel (there's a counter at the airport). However, the taxi ride back to airport can be booked through the hotel. They called me one, it arrived in less than 5 mins, convenient and pretty much the same price as hailing one down on the street. I made the payment directly to the taxi driver.
