Staff were fantastic the hotel clementines was exceptional complementary mini bar,,buggy to go to the front 24hours when ever you needed it,,but I left my passport in the safe was half way to Kuala Lumpur when the hotel rang me to say they had it safe and sound and within two days they had delivered it by DHL to my home house best hotel I’ve stayed in south east Asia in 13 years will be back again soon
