We stay here every time we come to Kota Kinabalu. It’s an exceptionally good hotel with really great staff. The facilities - including the gym and spa - are really very good good. The breakfast is spectacular and the pool bar is a really nice place to hang out (and they have craft beer!). The rooms themselves are extremely clean, well equipped, comfortable, and spacious.

Beautiful resort and Swimming pool but too old facilities. Location is very good. Staff is good enough. Breakfast was so so. Anyway this is not so cheap resort but facilities were too old and some of them is not working. And I booked 3 persons including my son but the amenity was served only for 2 persons. I cannot understand why the price was different when I booked for 2 p or 3 p. (Not about breakfast)

The property is a short drive from the Kota Kinabalu Airport. It was a convenient location for us as we had to catch a flight to Sandakan the next morning. The Kopi Ping Cafe @ K Avenue, which served a delicious beef rendang nasi lemak, is just across the street from the property.
