We saw some not good views and were doubtful. But, we loved this hotel. It is old-styled, has big rooms, and jacuzzi which was working. It wasn’t hot because of the rain. The hotel is located in the city center, there are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants. The room was clean, had couple chairs and sofas, comfortable and soft bed, a lot of pillows. Also wifi was working good. We enjoyed it.

There was a slight problem with the heating. The staff was extremely helpful and fixed things right away!

Beautiful quaint hotel, very friendly staff and the air conditioning was wonderful as I was there in a heatwave.

Great room (they upgraded us), online check in and out, safe garage, great meals and wonderful service and staff.

The breakfast was all you could wish for, the room big enough and not loud. Bed were very comfortable. The location is right at the center of the city, which is very nice!

The apartment was beautiful, and very spacious to travel with kids. The kitchen was very handy. And their breakfast spread and timings were also very good and relaxed. It was also in the middle of the city, so - everything was just a stone's throw away.

Awesome helpful staff, beautifully renovated place, dogs very welcome, good parking option (just a bit more for valet), very close to all attractions in downtown Groningen. Will definitely return and recommend!

The staying experience is wonderful: the room is cozy, the staff is kind, and the breakfast offers lots of choices and they are great.

Artdeco room with simple, stylish design. Shower is great. The bed might be a little too soft of some people but we had a good night's sleep. Cappuccino in the brasserie in the morging was great. Friendly staff. Very clean.

This is actually an old people's hotel / care place. It is absolutely wonderful and very luxurious. The guest rooms are also offered as hotel rooms when there are no family members/friends visiting their elderly relatives/friends. The room was huge and the beds and the bedding were absolutely wonderful. The bathroom on its own would have been a sizeable hotel room otherwise. It would also be possible to stay there with some handicap, e.g. a lift to help you onto the toilet. At the same time it wasn't feeling like you were in an old people's home.
