The unit is delightful- large, tastfully furnished and decorated. Has everything you need to have a great stay. we walked into music playing (jazz and soul) which added to the ambiance and encouraged even more the feeling of relaxation. comfortable furniture, great bed and shower. the owner was very friendly and helpful.

The owners were very friendly and accommodating to our late arrival. Because we were the only guests that evening, they gave us the larger accommodation for no extra charge. The room overlooked the canal and the bridge, which was very nice! The only "issue" was a mistake by me. I thought we booked in Giethoorn, but the hotel was in a small village about 20 minutes away. But, that was perfectly fine, actually, bcz it was lovely a lovely village with a couple of very nice restaurants and charming shops (including one by the hotel owners).
