The staff, the reception, breakfast, and bar area. Room good with walk in shower. The staff from those on reception, in the breakfast and bar area were the friendliest I have found at a hotel. The young lady on reception, on seeing I walk with a stick, said that the room we were allocated had a shower over the bath and said she would look to see if a room with a walk in shower was available which it was. That was much appreciated. Breakfast was very good and plentiful with a nice variety of hot and cold items and fresh fruit. Room was a nice size and beds very comfortable. Hotel not too far from the city centre. Regular buses if walking a bit of a problem as hotel is just across the road from the railway and bus stations.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and the breakfast was very good. I would stay there again.

Its an old post office which has been converted into a beautiful hotel, while keeping the aesthetics in place. Very courteous staff and clean rooms.

This was an amazing stay, the outside pod cabins are super nice and the view is out of this world! The staff are so friendly and nice, always smiling and very helpful. The breakfast is awesome, all local and home made products, they even requested halal meat for us from the supplier which was so considerate of them. We loved out stay there.
