The room was very clean and the breakfast was nice, many options to eat. The bed was very comfortable.

We got a corner room on the 11th floor with an amazing view, right above the station so we were able to go around to other cities pretty quick. The room had a huge bed, and cleaning staff were always helpful. I would've wanted a slightly bigger desk tho to work on.

The location was perfect. Centrally located with easy access to Leiden Centraal as well as shopping and restaurants. The apartment was extremely clean and provided plenty of space for two people. We didn't have a single issue with any of the amenities. This was a very pleasant stay for us. Management was incredibly responsive when we had questions and really put our mind at ease. I would highly recommend this property.

Great location and great bathroom space

Charging an electric car is included in the hotel price - there is no additional fee for charging the car every night during your stay. It is the perfect place to see Leiden because of its excellent hotel location and to visit many beautiful places around using your car - there are no charging costs for your electric vehicle.

The location, the breakfast, the big room, the parking and the atmosphere! All was lovely as always. A big fan.

I can confirm all positive comments of others. We had a lovely stay, the location is fantastic, we loved the spacious room and even while it was getting cold outside, the heating in the room was more than adequate: super comfy. It's the perfect location from where to stroll around the wonderful center of Leiden, and if you're done walking around, there are some fantastic restaurant options just across from Ex-Libris, so easy and enjoyable.

We take our bikes with us, so we could go to the see and we could go to the city. We liked it.

Photos hardly capture the beauty of this lovingly tended boutique villa. I encourage those who seek a olde world feel stay to make their reservation. The room, dining, and gardens are all up to snuff. Downtown Beukenhof is a stroll away and worth the effort.

Excellent location, very quiet, excellent food, very nice staff.

We bicycled and stayed just one night each in five towns. We arrived tired and wet and were very appreciative of the comfortable and large room here. Our room felt more like a small apartment/suite, with a sitting space, large room for the bed, large bathroom, etc. Very comfortable and quiet. There is a bike park right across the road, so it was very convenient.

2-minute walk from the train and bus station, clean and spacious room, location of city also quite close to Schiphol Airport so it is very convenient if there is flight to catch/ just arrived by plane.
