We loved this hotel! As someone who NEEDS a very clean place to say, this place definitely exceeded expectations. Cleanliness, staff, and location are amazing. The stick bugs in the lobby were a cute touch, too.

Lovely grounds and facilities, clean room, bicycle rental bailable on premises. Park-like setting not too far from central Maastricht.

Nice spacey rooms good service good restaurant. And for me craziest memory was meeting Zakk Wylde who was also staying there for the festival

Everything especially, the staff and breakfast

My family and I enjoyed a nice room with a sofa bed and twin beds. This is much more than sufficient for 3 persons. The room decoration is efficient and modern. The breakfast is great.

The hotel is not in the city center, but the location is great, and the bus stop is nearby. The room is clean and has everything you need, and the view from the window is great

Best location and customer service

this hotel choice was a catch, the location is the best ever, the staff were just amazing and helpful, even my husband told me this was the best choice in all out trip stays.

Amazing and beautiful hotel with great staff and services, beautiful rooms and superb a la carte breakfast in a Michelin guide's restaurant downstairs. Location is great, it is in walking distance both to the city center and the central train station, in a more peaceful area but still with some great restaurants and nice shops around.

Clean , well located, amazing staff

The location was just perfect. The room and the hotel was clean. There was enough light in the room. The room was quite big. Nice and clean bathroom. There was a big fan in the room that helped with the fresh air. No AC though. We didn't try the breakfast option in the hotel as there are plenty of breakfast options just outside the hotel. The staff was great!

We loved the location. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good.

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The shower was wonderful as was the bath in general. The supplemental heat/ac unit worked well to keep the room comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay again.

Absolute bargain. Lovely room, cute little courtyard to sit out in, bed was super comfy, wi-fi very reliable and the breakfast was excellent. Top marks all round!
