Great amenities and excellent breakfast, the private cinema was a pleasant surpise. Welcome drink was also a very welcoming treat

My family and I enjoyed a nice room with a sofa bed and twin beds. This is much more than sufficient for 3 persons. The room decoration is efficient and modern. The breakfast is great.

Nice spacey rooms good service good restaurant. And for me craziest memory was meeting Zakk Wylde who was also staying there for the festival

Great location, very friendly staff, great facilities, modern stylish rooms, clean, great value for money, very comfortable beds, good linen, carpets soft to the touch, awesome breakfast. Everything was above average and exceeded our expectations.

Actually everything was great. the location and nice keen staff they were very helpful and care about what will make you stay wonderful. There were plenty of shopping area and restaurants (Specially spice of India) The view of the river and the bridge.

The hotel is not in the city center, but the location is great, and the bus stop is nearby. The room is clean and has everything you need, and the view from the window is great

Excellent location close to the main shopping streets and Andre Rieu concert at Vrijthof Square. Digital keys for outside and room doors were a great bonus. Incredible staff, warm, friendly and happy staff. Good English and local tourist knowledge. Excellent breakfast menu. The attached restaurant serves drinks and good food all day. Desserts pies are delicious.

The hotel is located at the Vrijthof, and is the best location in Maastricht. Room was fresh, good, beds were comfortable, and bathroom nice and clean. We had diner there the first night, and was just good. Price was good/acceptable.

We loved our stay at Alex Maastricht. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was great and the room was well-decorated.

The location was just perfect. The room and the hotel was clean. There was enough light in the room. The room was quite big. Nice and clean bathroom. There was a big fan in the room that helped with the fresh air. No AC though. We didn't try the breakfast option in the hotel as there are plenty of breakfast options just outside the hotel. The staff was great!

Service is fantastic, really liked the stay. Very clean rooms.

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The shower was wonderful as was the bath in general. The supplemental heat/ac unit worked well to keep the room comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay again.

Absolute bargain. Lovely room, cute little courtyard to sit out in, bed was super comfy, wi-fi very reliable and the breakfast was excellent. Top marks all round!

Location and the decor of the hotel

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The cousins are super friendly and accomodating, they make you feel at home. They provided me with lots of recommendations for future travels and places to see in Maastricht. The rooms were beautiful, and super comfy.
