Wonderful breakfast!! Clean room and good location!

Lovely hotel in a great location next to Bergen train station. Warm and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and restaurant for evening dining.

Everything was great, from ckeck-in to check-out. The desk man upon arrival was very welcoming and helpful. So was the desk young woman whom I saw several times, and who was also very responsive to my questions and needs. I liked my room - though facing the street, it was very quiet; I wish I had had a room facing the harbor, but I was not often enough in my room to make a huge difference. Breakfast (inc'd in my rate) was good, nothing grand, but quite adequate. Breakfast personnel was efficient, but not happy or friendly. Did not bother me, but a smile would be good in the morning! Location was superb! Right in the center of Bergen, with easy access to public transportation.

Hotel is closed to Bergen train station and Bergen Central. You just jumped onto Tram number 1 outside Bergen train station to Denmark Pass Tram station. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from tram station. Same tram station can be used to go to Bergen central to see all the attractions including Byggens wharf and all cruises go from there. Hotel itself is clean and newly built building and breakfast is included in the cost. There are e-bikes and normal bikes available outside the hotel.

The place is very pleasant to stay at. It is just two minutes walk from the tram (bybane). I liked the lobby very much, very comfortable with armchairs, tv, coffee machine. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and a nice place to sit by the window. When I come to Bergen next time I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Excellent location on the water with view of the Bryggen. Within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs, historical sights. Close to ExpressBoat terminal. Clean and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Kymami at the front desk was very personable and welcoming.

The room was great and quiet, reception was extremely helpful with our late arrival due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. luggage was lost by Singapore Air and SAS. Breakfast was a triumph.

Great Stay at Hotel No. 13, Bergen Very centrally located hotel with everything easily accessible by foot. The central station is within walking distance, making it very convenient. The rooms are comfortable, facilities are good, and the breakfast spread was excellent with a nice variety. A perfect choice for a comfortable stay in Bergen.

Location, style, cleanliness but most important, the exceptional staff. All of the people I came in contact with were kind, helpful, efficient and compassionate as I was dealing with my husband’s medical emergency at the hospital, the staff make me feel at home in a safe comfortable environment. The best service I’ve ever had.

Definitely the best Scandic hotel we have ever been. The interior of the hotel was posh and the breakfast superb. Our room was a good size and small sofa beside the bed was great. The hotel was very central location in Bergen.
