Very clean and comfortable hotel. Rooms were comfortable with high ceilings and soft duvets and pillows. Gym was small but great. Up to 40kg dumbbells allowed for a solid workout.

The staff was great and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Due to some car problems, we arrived very late however they were very responsive to messages and kept some food for us when we finally arrived, that was really a thoughtful gesture.

Walks along the river are very pleasant and a couple of museums are worth visiting, especially on Saturday when they are free entry ! The manager, a black gentlemen middle aged was incredibly rude and not service minded. Close to the worst service I've ever received during a hotel visit. Everything else was superb, but he really took a giant dump on the entire experience.
