Very lovely family, stay was good. You can buy dinner, which was big and delicious, and bottled water.

Kudos to Enzo — he went above and beyond what you would normally expect from hotel staff. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around, and the ambiance of the hotel was warm and relaxing. Overall, the service and atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable.

I stayed on the 5th floor, and our room had a panoramic view. The king-size bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, the amenities were clean, and the free breakfast featured fresh ingredients. They allowed us to store our luggage after check-out.

Excellent location close to both the train and the bus (to Machu Picchu) as well as plenty of restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, breakfast good and staff friendly. Would recommend.

This was perfect for us. A 5 minute walk to train and 10 minutes to bus. Restaurants all around. Family owned and staffed. All were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is very basic but satisfied us.

Location next to the hot baths was nice. Our room backed to the river giving us a great background noise. Clean. Very helpful staff. Willing to store our backpacks after check out while we hiked Machu Picchu.
