Nice location, close to the boardwalk where you can find some great street food. Several very good coffee shops and restaurants within walking diatance. Easy access to pedi-cabs that would get you any place else you wished to go. Room was clean and the staff very accommodating. Great internet connection with fast wifi. TV had very good cable though almost all the programming was in either Bisayan or Tagolog. A/C unit did keep the room cool.
