Polite and helpful staff, close to the mall

buffet breakfast with very wide variety of items dinner we took there due to a stormy weather was excellent - very good cook(s) - unexpected as the in house restaurant wasn't a busy place good location close to the center parking lot staff

The location is very convenient. The lady at the reception desk was very kind and nice to us. The building makes you feel as if you are in old times.

I stayed at the Elda Hotel in Bydgoszcz. Of course, you shouldn’t expect luxury from a two-star hotel, but for a tired traveller this place has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, and the bathroom had soap and shampoo. What I especially liked was the large, very comfortable bed with a good orthopedic mattress — exactly what I needed after a long journey. There was also a mini-fridge in the room, although I didn’t have a chance to use it. I would also like to highlight the very friendly and helpful staff. When I asked for a hairdryer, they provided one and brought it directly to my room. It was also very convenient that I could pay by card and order breakfast to my room — the breakfast was really excellent. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. A good choice if you are looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to stay while travelling. In my opinion, the value for money is very good.

Nice friendly stuff, delicious breakfast, for the price you pay is great

Parking attendant was there helping us park and explaining the procedure - it felt almost like valet parking. Parking wasn't cheap but that's understandable considering the location in the city center, but the service was truly exceptional.

Lunch was delicious, there's a grocery store next door, easy to get around, and it was quiet and restful.

We come to the place just to check in last night, but eventually we didnt even can enter inside because acording to information something broken about the water, no notice to inform we came late night so cold freezing outside but only that we need refund cous we never ever used we spend money for nothing.

Cute hotel, basic but heartwarming. The staff is very friendly, reliable and do their best to provide a convenient stay. I was positively surprised by the beds, didn’t expect them to be so comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean, I saw several four-star hotels not being that clean. Large parking space for free is available which is a plus since the location is a bit remote and I recommend traveling by car. For those traveling with pets I can say their fee was more than fair (20 zł for the entire stay at the time when I traveled).
