Amazing breakfast, great location, helpful staff

I traveled by myself and stayed in the standard room. It was nice room, there were plenty of mirrors, when you were getting ready, a comfortable bed, a TV, a desk and a chair, a kettle for tea and coffee. I also got 2 bottles of water, tea, and coffee on my arrival. Very quiet room, you couldn't hear sounds from the rooms next to you. At the side of the hotel was a massage salon, which was excellent for me. The hotel is in a great location. The bus stop is right next to it, so I could catch the direct bus 110 to the airport. Also, 2 malls are in our walking distance - Galeria Baltyscka and Galeria Meteopolia. The dental clinic I was going to (Nawrocki) was also at a walking distance.

Amazing. Clean and new. They were event flexible allowing us early check in and late check out which was really convenient. Breakfast was delicious and with a nice terrase. Nothing to dislike except maybe darker curtains but we were prepared with eye masks so the place was perfect. Also takes one second to get an uber to the city or sopot. It’s right in between so ideal for those planing to visit both areas. If ever coming back to Gdanks I would definitely book this place

I really like the location of the hotel close to the city center, there is also a train station nearby, from which it is easy to get to Gdynia and Sopot. Very good staff, polite, friendly and solve any matters quite quickly. The room was clean and tidy. Big variety of food for breakfast - I really enjoyed the food, it was tasty. Lobby bar provided good cocktails for reasonable prices.

The room was really nice and modern. The hotel was clean and tidy. Really good location, we went walking everywhere in the old town. We really enjoyed the swimming pool, because Gdansk was cold during the evening, but we wish there was more than one hour with no kids allowed in that area.

Location is perfect, in the center of the Old Town. Very good breakfast. The room was not very big but was comfortable with additional sofa and place to sit. Bathroom size very much ok. Staff was very polite with exception of one person, I think he needs to repeat the customer service training. The hotel has very pleasant lobby, with a lot of places to sit and have coffee drink. It is also, very nicely decorated since the building used to be a cinema. Overall impression, our stay at this hotel was very satisfactory, and I would definitely stay again..

location was excellent, breakfast surprising and really super, abundant, rooms were cosy and silent, beds - comfortable. My family spend there a very good time. Also, it is very convenient that drinking water available.

Great hotel, excellent food, very friendly staff, very good room.

Great staff and clean rooms. Everything was handled with care. We arrived after midnight, so we asked and were given a late checkout. We also forgot a pair of glasses in the bathroom, but the staff quickly found them when we called and had them ready to pick up at reception the next day, which was a huge relief.

Great location - right in the old town. Nice interior design with mid-century modern vibes. Comfy beds, big room with main street and city view. Didn't try breakfast, but canteen interior was super, looked like fancy restaurant.

Location is just perfect within a old town area - all main sightseeing places in a walking distance. The room was freshly renovated, and the mattresses on the beds were great - maybe for the very soft mattress lovers it will be kind of hard :), but for us was just perfect for a good sleep. If you come with a car then right by the Soul Rooms is private parking. The host was easy to access and communication was at a reach when needed to clarify on some details, explanations where valuable and all went smooth from moment of arrival till we left.

Excellent location, right in the middle of everything. Small but new and clean room and bathroom. Tasty a la carte breakfast. I'd highly recommend the place for a quick city break, Gdańsk is beautiful :)

The host was very available and responded quickly to our questions. The apartment was well equipped and an excellent location
