This hotel is really luxury hotel. I was staying in a room with hot tub. The tub is exactly in the middle of the room. Also there is shower cabin and toilet. The room is 100% equipped with automatical lights, curtains are also automatical. This is not a room for family. I would say this is the room for single people or couples. If you are travelling with boyfriend or husband - u will enjoy. If u are coming to stay alone - u will enjoy Jakuzzi. Don’t look that it is 2 kms from city centre. Actually, it is in city centre. 1 minute from a bridge. It is super close to the city centre. The bath tub is perfect! I enjoyed it. Breakfasts are not like in most hotels. Expect something like you come to the cafe, they provide menu, and you choose a dish from a menu which you want. But for me this option was very convenient. They have yoghurts and eggs and croissants. It is a decent breakfast. Just it is not like a table where u take whatever u want. It is from the menu. There will be no iron and iron board. But due to design of the room, there is no place to put it even. Anyways, I was coming to rest. Was not planning to iron anything. It was amazing stay. Believe me u will enjoy this hotel if u take a room with hot tub. Wish all of you a great time here. Huge thanks to all the stuff who were assisting me. Guys, you all are incredibly polite and friendly. Thank you for this ♥️

At first, I wasn’t particularly fond of Kraków, but after a few visits, I fell in love with the city. It has an incredible atmosphere that rivals even the most fascinating cities in Europe. It’s impossible to get bored here. In terms of culture and tourism, Kraków ranks among Europe’s top destinations. It’s impossible to get bored in this city. In terms of culture and tourism, Kraków is one of Europe’s top destinations. It’s a city of magnificent churches, full of greenery, and very tourist-friendly. In addition to typical attractions such as the Old Market Square and Wawel, I recommend visiting the Kościuszko Mound and the oldest Polish Benedictine monastery in Tyniec, located in the suburbs.

Krakow is a beautiful city to visit , there are so many things to see and do in the area . The salt mines , Auchwitz , st Marys basilica and the wavel castle are all must visits and there are loads of nice places to eat and drink . The only downside to visiting Krakow is the new immigration process at the airport if you are non european .We were over 3 hours which was longer than our flight, until this gets sorted I wont be going back .

People working in the hotel are amazing, they make you feel at home. The hotel is clean and modern, we had the balcony room which had lovely views and was really spacious. The location is good, just 20 minute walk to the city centre, we didn’t have the need to use public transport (we love walking though). We definitely recommend this place to stay in Krakow.

The apartment was a stones throw from the main square but very quiet. The large bed was comfy, and we had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and the shower was powerful and lots of hot water. The host was very clear on check in instructions and all went very smoothly! Very happy and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Krakow city centre.

Frankly speaking, Residence Tourney is my safe place in Krakow. I stayed there for the third time and am planning to come back for sure 😊 Cosy, clean, quiet (despite it being in the very city centre). Tasty breakfast and very nice people working there. So, this hotel is definitely my warmest recommendation for those who visit Krakow.
