The staff were excellent, requested extra pillows and they arrived within 20 minutes. Room and hotel overall was very clean and the decor was lovely. Bed was super comfy. Overall great stay.

The staff was very, very, very helpful! They were willing to help us with everything we asked. We will definitely recommend or revisit. It is a good example of what service minded working people can contribute to a working place. We were in 103, and the bathroom was very clean and newly renovated. Value for money.

Krakow airport is just infront of it and there’s a train going to the old town. Very accessible

The hotel and staff were wonderful. It was about 10 minutes outside of the centrum but the Bolt was cheap and easy.

Clean, spacious, new, well decorated rooms, extra friendly staff, we even forgot our phone in our room and they contacted us immediately and agreed to ship to us to our next destination. Just a perfect hotel with reasonable prices.

The hotel's location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station and the mall, another 5-minute walk to the old town. The hotel was surrounded with parks, restaurants, and markets nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the internet was reliably strong. A perfect base for exploring the area!

Breakfast was delicious, you could even make yourself a waffle 🤤 Everything was clean and smelled great. Parking was convenient and secure.

The hotel is very well located. The room was big and comfortable. I personally don't like dark furnitures, but they were impecable. The taste on decoration is not what we are used to, to many dark marbles, but all is new. The roof is worth visiting.
