Very modern hotel, nice breakfast, small but nice gym with sauna.

Great hotel! Very clean, comfortable beds, and proper blackout curtains, which made for a great night’s sleep. The room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was really good. There’s a huge parking area (paid), which is very convenient. The hotel is a bit outside the city center, but there’s a direct tram connection to the Old Town, so getting there is quick and easy.

The proximity to the airport, especially having landed very late in the night. The rest is rated above.

Excellent hotel! The service is great — the staff really listens and fixes (small) issues very quickly. My room was very clean, very quiet, and had everything I needed. I’d seen some reviews mentioning noise or missing slippers, but I didn’t experience any of that. My room faced the garden/back, which was especially peaceful. They even sent more water directly to my room! what a great service! I did have a small issue with breakfast, but the team reacted fast and made it right. Thank you!

The staff was amazing! Extremely helpful in directions and information and I asked a lot of questions. I would really recommend the hotel. Central, easy access to all sites incl rail transport.

Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast including gluten free and lactose free produce - phenomenal.

The hotel is very well located. The room was big and comfortable. I personally don't like dark furnitures, but they were impecable. The taste on decoration is not what we are used to, to many dark marbles, but all is new. The roof is worth visiting.

The hotel is brand new, a true 5 star hotel, in a historic refurbished building, in the city center, excellent location 2 min from main square. The rooms are absolutely beautiful, quiet and spacious. Had a small problem with the wifi in our room and they changed it immediately. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast is exceptional, with plenty of choices, and also hot meals from the menu made by a chef. Had an excellent stay, exceeding our expectations.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! Always ready to help and always trying their best. Pleasant, agreeable, and jovial. Couldn't wish for a better staff than the one you currently have within the facility
