Amazing location, only a few hundred meters or so from the centre of the old town, and not much further than that from the main train and bus station. The hotel's styling was great. The bed and bathroom were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had 3 days in Krakow and were very tight on our schedule. I would have liked to stay longer there was so much more to explore - you could easily spend a week there - such an interesting venue. The horse drawn carriage rides are a must!! Do try the Cafe Camelot -good Polish food. Visit the Salt Mine - it will blow you away!!

I have enjoyed a very pleasant stay in Krakow with my family...

I have enjoyed a very pleasant stay in Krakow with my family. We arrived by car and parked it in a central parking. We mostly used public transport to move within the city, and it generally works fine. The buses are new (Hydrogen and electric based), I used an application named Jakojade to buy tickets and see suggested routes. The Old City guide is something not to be missed, as the trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, a UNESCO World Heritage site, that is magnificent, with its tunnels and underground chapels. We did not take the auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we thought the images would be too shocking for our 13 years old daughter. The city tour by boat is something I also recommend, especially when the night comes, to enjoy the city lights, bridges and iconic buildings. Another idea is to take the Zakopane tour, it takes 10 hours, you can enjoy the cable ride, polish cheese and spirits, and some beautiful places, but it is a little bit on the run. To summarize, Krakow is a beautiful town, with nice and friendly people, many green spots, shops and a good public transport system. Enjoy it!

Excellent location for day trips to; Oswiecim, Salt Mine, Auschwitz-Birkenau, Zakopane, Tatra Mountains, and Tarnow. Plenty of restaurants with extensive menus of Polish cuisine. Bakeries and deli shops were plentiful. Nice walking paths along Royal Route, Planty Park, Vistula River, Wawel Hill, Barbican, and Kazimierz. Town is very clean. People were friendly. Trams provided frequent transportation.

Krakow has nice historical center and from Czech perspective...

Krakow has nice historical center and from Czech perspective is more people-friendly. More cyclist, runners, people in streets than in f.e. Prague where cars rule everything. Very good walking distances, trams, and the cars wait for crossing people. Unfortunately for my full schedule I was not able to see everything I wanted. Will visit again.

Amazing city to visit!

Amazing city to visit! It is perfectly walkable and quiet and safe. I recommend talking some walking tours, they were the highlight of my trip. Definitely want to cone back! I stayed in Kazimierz and would stay there again. Lots of great cafes and restaurants. Nothing is too far. I didn’t take any public transport. Definitely recommend going to the salt mines and trying the zapiekanki and chimney cake! and pierogi of course

As soon as you step into this hotel, it looks beautiful & smells it too. Immaculate. Beautiful decor. Very helpful staff who acknowledged us every time we walked through. Hotel is located at 15 min walking distance to old town, main train station, shopping mall as well as Schindler’s factory. There are many restaurants and pubs around hotel, if you want to still enjoy Krakow atmosphere but without crowds like in main square. Room was clean, not cluttered, simple but enough.
