Breakfast was superb, as were the soup & cake the night before. Full access to the entire site - the castle & chapel are exciting to explore. Inspiring to meet with and talk to the owners & their future plans for the project. Vineyard in 4 years ! Restoration work is well in hand, however the opportunity to volunteer and help out would be a brilliant opportunity ?
