Excellent service. Courteous staff. Our complements to the Chef of the restaurant. The talent exceeded our expectations. The fish; Sandacz , and classic Kotlet dish, the cauliflower soup, bulion z perliczki, were tantalizingly and left us yearning for more. The freshly baked chocolate soufflé with ice cream and raspberry sauce were eaten in under a minute. Buffet breakfast and coffee were superb. The hotel location was great for us.

Very clean room and facilities (no mini fridge though). Very nice surroundings, a lot of trees. Good AC in the room, veryyyy comfy bed. Great restaurant with a terrace. Great value for money.

Unique location, very romantic setting

Pretty much verything. It was very clean, comfortable and truly unique and frankly, spectacular! The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Dinner was simply amazing and so was breakfast. The room was very large and comfortable as was the common space. Don't miss the "morning room."

I have stayed at this hotel for an extended period of time due to moving houses. Despite the dated exterior, the rooms have modern amenities and some have been recently redecorated with a pleasant modern touch. The restaurant has a completely new interior and a an adjacent conference room with a projector. It is perfect for a longer stay and also if you are traveling for work. The friendliness and warmth of the staff is truly on a very high level and they are willing to accomodate their guests in every way possible to make their stay comfortable. I stayed at the hotel with my rather large dog, and the hotel policy allows pets for a one time fee, which is a huge plus. The cleaning staff is super helpful and work tirelessly to keep everything spotless. They also are patient with the additional workload around furry companions. The reception staff is friendly and openminded and the restaurant staff very lenient and accomodating to patrons. A surprise which I hadn't expected, was thar the area around the hotel is full of birds, due to the proximity of a river under a busy overpass, which is almost never frequented by people. I myself have spotted goldcrests, yellowhammers, swans, herons, cranes and my favorite gray green woodpecker which I've managed to spot from my hotel window. There are also features like dirt walls near the river, which house bird nests, and that is a very rare thing to see. Needless to say, my stay has been very pleasant, which for my solo traveling, neurodivergent self is a rare experience. Pluses: - one time fee for pets - solo female traveler friendly - neurodivergent friendly - clean and comfortable - good for long stays - great area for birding
