Breakfast was ok and various options, the location is good. The room is too small, only one socket for charging the appliances. The bathroom is small, but ok and it should be more towels.

A city on the move, Warsaw is constantly changing in an effort to rebuild what was lost during World War Two. There’s no better example of this than the stunning Old Town Square, where pastel facades sit alongside dome-topped spires.
Starting here is the Royal Route which passes several historic buildings on its way out to Wilanów, where an ornate Royal Palace is set in a huge park that was the retreat of kings since the 17th century. Just as grandiose is the Palace of Culture and Science, Stalin’s gift to Warsaw that still manages to evoke feelings of hatred and love in equal measure. Go up to the terrace for panoramic city views.
Other cultural offerings are the Warsaw Uprising Museum, considered the best museum in Poland, and traditional bars that still serve down-to-earth food washed down with a shot of vodka - a throwback to the Communist era. Don’t expect to find a seat though – there aren’t any.
Warsaw also has a thriving club scene and more shopping centres than you could throw a stick at. Not that you’d want to, as you’ll be too busy picking up the bargains.
Just outside the city is Warsaw Airport, efficiently linked by public transport to the city’s hotels, guest houses and hostels, available on Booking.com.
It is a nice city. Well coming and with a lot of potential.
It is a nice city. Well coming and with a lot of potential. A good mix of natural beauty, monuments and history. If one likes old european cities, Warsaw is one. We stayed in the centre of the city and there for food was no problem. Lot of alternatives were available. Public transportation is okay but it is very easy to get taxes and it is incredibly cheap.

Warsaw is historic and much quieter than Krakow.
Warsaw is historic and much quieter than Krakow. Personally, I prefer Warsaw over Krakow cos Krakow is far too crowded with tourists. And I feel Warsaw has more historical structures to see than Krakow.

Warsaw is very clean & felt very safe.
Warsaw is very clean & felt very safe. There were a lot of very good museums, we visited The Polin Museum, The Cold War Museum & The Warsaw Uprising Museum, all excellent.
We also enjoyed the parks where the trees were just starting to blossom. There is a lack of atmosphere due to the city having been rebuilt & restored but you can understand why.
We found good reasonable restaurants & tried as many different Polish dishes as we could. Not enough fruit & vegetables on menus though.
The hotel was a bit of a shock. very stark & utilitarian, like Lego blocks fitted together, I hadn't appreciated that it was more budget than others I've stayed in. It felt like a hostel. Having said that breakfast was perfectly adequate & plenty of it.
We also went to a Chopin concert which was wonderful.
Overall a great trip.

Warsaw has a never-ending offering of things to see and do.
Warsaw has a never-ending offering of things to see and do. This is but one of many trips we've taken to Warsaw and will not be our last. Take the time to do your research and you can find amazing things that the typical tourist doesn't get to experience. Also make sure to double check your visit against the City's schedule of events so that you can take part in something unique or plan your trip to avoid traffic and large crowds, whatever your cup of tea is.

I love Warsaw, been many times since 1991 so seen a lot of changes. Great nightlife, culture, shopping, and wide streets. Street cafes and restaurants to watch the world go by. One of the best thing about Warsaw is the transport system, always on time, regular services and very reasonably priced. We dispensed with a car quite a few years ago and haven't found anywhere that that we can't get to on bus, tram, metro or train and no need to worry about finding somewhere to park or impatient drivers 😉. Loved it so much that we bought an apartment on NowySwiat in 2004, sadly sold it now and look forward to exploring more of Poland in the next few years.

Warsaw impressed me - a great selection of eateries.
Warsaw impressed me - a great selection of eateries. Impressive modern and old buildings in the centre. Lots of lovely parks. A reliable and cheap integrated transport service. Increasingly multi-cultural, with many foreign faces visiting and/or living in the capital. It is a bit of a lottery whether shopkeepers and railway ticket office staff are friendly or off-hand; but either way, it is manageable. Old town is great.
Me and my daughter stayed at NYX hotel four nights. We loved the hotel. Very nice and comfortable room. We really liked the design and décor. Comfy beds, spacious shower. Great detail with the coffee making machine.
Great breakfast!
Very nice and helpful staff.
Location is good, close to the Palace of culture and science and the big mall Zloty Tarasy. It's a longish walk to the Old Town, but that goes for most of the hotels in Warsaw. Taxi is cheap.
If we go to Warsaw again, this is where we will stay.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The location is excellent, right near the main pedestrian area of Warsaw's old town, and also near the Warsaw1944 uprising monument.
The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable. The bed was very big and comfortable.
They have a very good breakfast menu with delicious dishes. You can order as much as you like l dishes from the menu. They have many options to prepare your eggs.
Staff is friendly, and they even allowed us to check in early in one of the rooms that we booked.
The hotel has all the minimum requirements: clean, easy access and well known brand. There are tram and bus stop nearby the hotel. Warsaw is bike-friendly city and there are bike stations everywhere, one of them is next to the hotel. The hotel locates 1.5 km away from the Old Town Square. You can either walk or ride a bike for free (first 20 minutes for free). Never tried the breakfast but there are many options including market and cafes nearby.
Perfect location, 10 minutes walking to every Warsaw attraction: Palac Kultury, The Presidents residence, the Old Town, Centrum Nauki Kopernik, the University's lybrary and many others. Quiet place, it was always possible to find a parking place nearby despite the fact it is the very heart of the city. The host is extremely nice and helpful. On the ground floor there's the best Polish cousine restarant.
Everything. This place is awesome. Right in the hub of activity in Warsaw. I will stay there whenever I am in Warsaw. Such a cool place. Accessible to everything. I mean everything. The views from the hostel are awesome. I love this place. Staff was great, free cappuccino in the morning. When I was at hostel it was the best week in Poland. I can't stop talking about the place.
Very clean, very good location, however prices have taken an extreme hike in Warsaw also in the 5 star range. For that money you expect Dubai service which you dont get, however friendly everyone seems to be. . Breakfast could be better and especially the young i experienced but willing team should be trained better by the manager for the money the hotel asks for this Breakfast.
I had very great experience to stay in your hotel from first to my last minute :
- helpful personnel, clean and very comfortable and light room, nice view, plase for work, fresh air (you can open window), very comfortable bed, delicious breakfast 😋 Receptionist call me taxi to the airport and recommend how to get downtown to see the Warsaw. Thank you.
Hotel Polonia is exceptional! The location is in walking distance to all of the main attractions in Warsaw. It is a very well maintained property and the staff were very kind and accommodating to any needs! We did have the breakfast included in our 3 night stay, and it was the best we had in Poland…the buffet is huge! Highly recommend it for your stay!
I liked everything about this hotel. The stuff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very delicious.
Hotel is located in the heart of Warsaw. Walking distance (about 20-25 min) to Old Town.
There was nothing I could complain about this hotel. Highly recommend!
The apartment itself is quite charming right in the middle of old town and for the owner Julia she has been so helpful to us right from the first day even before our first day in Poland :) we’ll definitely coming back to this place for our next visit in Warsaw.
Close to the airport and the breakfast is the most varied we’ve had in Poland. Parking out the front or if you want to pay then there is in hotel parking. Restaurant in the hotel or there are a few others in walking distance from the hotel.
The location in the old town was great and the rooms for a classic double were big and airy. The pool area was relaxing and complimentary water bottles a nice touch. A quiet hotel which suited our needs… not sure facilities warranted 5 stars.
according to the situation in Ukraine, we had problems with arrival in Poland from Ukraine. it took us really long time to get Warsaw by bus. but the hotel staff kindly helped us!
im really grateful 🤗
the room was clean and well prepared!
From the smell upon entering the hotel to the luxury and cleanliness of the room, this hotel is one of the best you can find in Warsaw. The facilities are amazing, there is a great gym and a sauna. We loved our stay here.
Traditional 5 star business hotel.
Very nice and beautiful room in 24th floor.
Amazing view of warsaw's business center.
Very good breakfast with plenty veggie options.
Location is very central.
Good restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was great! Very delicious, with variety of choices. This is the best breakfast I saw in 4 and 5 stars hotels around the world.
The location is very convenient for those who use Warsaw Zakhidnya
The hotel is well placed a short walk both from the Old Town and Warsawa Gdanska Station. Trams stop outside. The area is quiet yet only a few minutes walk to the bustle of the city. Good breakfast buffet
The location was incredible. If you are facing the iconic buildings, it is probably the best hotel for this kind of view of the skyline. Walking distance to the old town and to the new town.
It was a definitive nickel and dime hostel.
