My staying in friends Hostel was the best part in my trip I got an amazing experience with Akram and I highly recommend the tour with them it's mixed between historical, cultural and politics. The hotel was amazing. The staff were very welcoming. We especially loved the view from the room. It looked on the city of Beit Jala. The hotel was in a great location. Close to taxi and bus stops. There were also many restaurants and shops within a few feet of the hotel. We loved the breakfast buffet.

Location was perfect, near all the interesting places to visit and in a lively neighborhood with shops and restaurants. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, I could also see that they take great pride in their hotel, in the quality of service they provide, and in making every guest feel welcome. I don't often write five-star reviews, but Grand Hotel Bethlehem earns one easily. The Mexican restaurant is also very good. As a Texan, I'm skeptical of Mexican food on the other side of the Atlantic. I've been burned many times before. But this was great. I went in with no expectations, and then later went back a second time. Best food I've had this whole trip.

The hotel was in an ideal location, near restaurants and convenience stores. Abed, one of the staffs is super accommodating and helpful. And so was Laith, the owner of the property made sure that we were well taken cared off. He was kind enough to include us in the dinner preparations even though we shouldn’t have as we had no prior reservations for dinner. but since they had a group that did, and we just got in (checked in) from another place, he offered to serve us dinner. the rooms were big enough for us to feel comfortable, to fit our luggages inside the room too and to enjoy our stay. The owner responds quick to our queries and our needs. We appreciate the kind treatment that Laith and Abed has given us during our stay. Thank you!

The property had the best possible location in Bethlehem, literally right in the center of the best attraction. The place itself was perfect in every way. The AC worked great, the bed and the bathroom, everything was excellent.
