The property is spectacular. Probable one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. From the delightful check in where they served us a glass of port to the outstanding view from our room to the amazing spa and outdoor pool and the luxurious bed, the hotel and the superb staff exceeded our expectations at every turn! It was a wonderful experience and I hope to return one day.

Rinoterra Minho is a wonderful place in all means: the location is perfect, the staff is professional and kind, the rooms are well planned and furnished. The place is very green and beautiful. The breakfasts and dinners are delicious.

This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in. The property has been converted with love and attention to detail. The staff clearly enjoy working there and share their enthusiasm with the guests. Everyone we met was delighted to have us staying with them. We took their recommendation for dinner both nights and were not disappointed. But the property itself is the real star - the grand staircase, the painted plaster-work across the ceiling, the wood-worked wainscotting - just gorgeous.

This was our favourite hotel so far on our trip.
Location a few steps to the River or a short walk to the historic centre of town was perfect. And yet the rooms were super quiet.
Breakfast was included and was extensive and varied every day.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!

I loved the amazing staff, they were, so warm, welcoming a great flow, the property is beautiful, great contemporary modern design, attention to details, willingness to help with anything with a smile, just heartwarming. The breakfast was truly in all standards amazing with great service.

Alminhas da Mindua is on the Camino. The hospitalieria send me a message to inform me that the restaurant was closed for the evening. I expained that l chose this place so that l could find where to eat on the 24th December! The lady said no problem l will fix this issue for you, the next thing l know was that on Christmas eve l was dining with the rest of the family - a huge table, they were all so nice, friendly and pleasant, they all did their best to include me in a conversation ! Antonio and Jessica had some presents waiting for me as well, the next morning l found a cooked breakfast waiting for me as well! A fine example of Portuguese Hospitality!
