    The restaurants we tried were excellent and within walking distance, we loved the e scooters, the beach was fantastic and right on our doorstep, plenty to do, beautiful promenade. A lovely and very relaxing resort. Plenty of buses and taxis to get you around or walk, e bikes and e scooter available at various points.

    Figueira da foz is a nice town full of life and with good and interesting restaurants. Also, there's a casino which we have visited and enjoyed walking around the city and the Bar at the beach called SPASSO, really good ambience and good music. Also, staff is all really nice. The beach has been recently renovated and is looking really good. We have been in a few restaurants but the one I really enjoyed was the FEITO AO BIFE restaurant. Situated in the main road, right in front of the beach with a very short walking distance.

    Beautiful wide streets near the beach. Beach itself huge. We walked 7 kms just wandering from one side to the other. WCs on beach spotless. Lovely walkway for pedestrians and separate one for cyclists. Value for money restaurant close to where we stayed (9,50 euros for the food as seen in photo). So much still to see and do, we will be going back there for a longer period.

    Main purpose of visit to Figueira da Foz was to attend a wedding. Would have liked more time to look around the town and all it has to offer. Was more impressed than I thought I was going to be. Beautiful beach, plenty of places to eat & drink.

    Figuera da Foz is like many Portuguese cities near a beach. Many hotels and houses were built in the 70s - and that wasn't the best of times from an architectural standpoint. Although I must say that I never saw a bigger beach than in Figueira! The dimensions are just amazing.

    I went in the off-season and did not go to the casino.

    I went in the off-season and did not go to the casino. The incredibly large beach made for great walking. The boardwalk and the promenade were excellent for walking, too. Not a hilly town, per se. And I don't think i would care for high summer season. Uber is easily available and taking the train to / from Coimbra was inexpensive and easy. I am a serious walker (average 6-8 miles a day) so I found the town easy to navigate.

    I usually only rate by numbers without a comment but this place surely deserves it. Absolutely stunning guesthouse. The owners put so much heart, hard work and thought into renovating the building. Super friendly and welcoming staff. A small but high quality breakfast buffet that has something for everyone. Highly recommended - this is the place to stay when you are in Figueira da Foz.

    Natalie and Anthony were wonderful and friendly. They couldn't have been more accommodating during our stay. Their guesthouse and gardens are beautiful (we stayed in the outside self-contained accommodation) and felt like a little oasis. Favourite stay of our 2 week holiday in Portugal. Highly recommend. We'd come back to Figueira Da Foz just to stay there again.

    The entire experience was exceptional. Staff is friendly and so helpful and kind. The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean and bright. Would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Figueira.

    The location is very good as very close to beach but if travelling to rest or with small family the hotel is located in the heart of figueira da foz beach which noise level goes on until 3am… hotel very clean and staff very friendly…
