We loved being located on a peaceful hillside with an ocean view from the terrace/patio where we could hear not only the numerous song birds but also the farm animals in the area. Such a relaxing oasis. Our stone cottage was equipped with top notch appliances and fixtures. And our hosts had prepared some very special treats for the celebration of our 44th anniversary. There is also a very convenient parking spot.

    Lajes do Pico is a small and very cute town. It is clean and well maintained and has a few nice restaurants. We liked walking along the shore, eating at Ritinha restaurant, and eating Pastel de Nata at the Pastellaria.

    King size bed, super comfortable. The room we stayed in had so much light, big windows, spacious. This property is located in the heart of Lajes do Pico, small town, and it's so cute, full of little bars and restaurants, is very central and has everything you need in a walking distance. Barbara received us there (before check in time) and she was amazing - explained us everything, showed us around and even gave us some tips on where to go.

    The discussion with owner was easy and smooth. Barbara contacted us a few days before our arrival to organise the check-in. The room was very confortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Furthermore, the hostel is located in the center of Lajes do Pico with some very good restaurants near by. Also, there is a natural pool a few minutes away by foot. It’s perfect!
