Convenient location with own parking, a real advantage in a place where parking is difficult. Good comfort and nice staff, basic but good continental breakfast. All in all, a good hotel for a two night stay in town, with a nice price.

It’s close to just about everything in Leiria, but the castle. Excellent facilities and staff, onsite parking with a great view of the castle at night. One of the largest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in for a while. Perfect for a family.

Leiria was a very good central place to stay, it has a castle which was really worth visiting, great restaurants such as Alcoa, and was a good base to visit monastery towns nearby such as Tomar, Alcobaca and Batahla.

Leiria doesn't have much to offer, it is a cute city but without much to do. The castle is quaint, but there are more impressive castles in Portugal. The center looks a little empty and abandoned, however for being a smaller city you can find good food for a reasonable price.
People usually come here with errands and take the opportunity to see the city.

Leiria is a very beautiful relaxing town easy to get from Lisbon by bus. Nice restaurants and an interesting castle with more than just half broken down walls. The town is close enough to travel to Batalha & Alcobaça Monasteries as well as the seaside town of Nazaré by bus.

Leiria was a surprise.
Leiria was a surprise. This small town had a lot going on: cultural events, a castle, good restaurants. It was very international and felt like a hidden gem.
I walked around everywhere, and the food was consistently good wherever I went. Parking in lots was very inexpensive (around 5EU a day)--the whole place seemed livable and quite awesome.

Historical city with many good features such as the castle. Very good variety of places to eat. Christmas time in Leiria is particular pleasant. The Christmas decorations are spectacular. There are lots of rides and entertainment for children as well.

Leiria has a nice historic center which is worth a walk.
Leiria has a nice historic center which is worth a walk. It also has a beautifully landscaped area around the river along its entire length. Pleasant cafes and restaurants (Street R. Dr. Correia Mateus is full of great restaurants). You can spend 2-3 beautiful days here, a week seemed too long to me. It has good and frequent transport connections, a bus station right in the center. It was 50 minutes by bus to Nazaré.

- It was hot so the pool was great to cool down.
- It is a place we know well and we have got to know Phillipa and Lucinda well as this is now the 4th time we have come.
- We enjoyed the freshly made breakfast rolls with ham and cheese, and croissants with homemade jam and the orange juice was sweet and delicious (like a lot of places in Portugal).
- Spacious room
Pretty much all was really good. Helpful staff, superb room at a very good price compared to less impressive hotels that we have visited. Breakfast was really good, a little limited, but what was offered was fresh and plentiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who want somewhere upmarket to stay if they are in the area.
Our booking included a private room, kitchen, and bathroom. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival. My wife and I found the space clean, tidy, and welcoming. Our host, Maria Rafaela, was very kind and always helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
The Hotel is deceptively good, the rooms are spacious and stylish, and the outdoor pool with swim up bar is a very nice place to relax. The restaurant is very good and represents really good value.
