New hotel, close to airport. Nice and helpful team, clean and large rooms.

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the airport. They also have a free shuttle bus every 15 minutes. The interior is in the spirit of the golden years of Hollywood - a bit retro. The breakfast is a rich buffet that can satisfy every taste and habit. The original plan was to stay one night at this hotel, but due to the Lufthansa strike, I had to stay two nights. When I found out I was flying a day later, I called the hotel and they arranged for me to stay another night in the same room, which I am very grateful for. I would like to thank the entire staff - the receptionists for the warm welcome, assistance with additional booking and providing information of all kinds, the charladies for the clean and tidy room, everyone in the restaurant and bar for the wide selection and delicious breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast is solid. Daily cleaning properly made; we stayed 5 days and were very pleased to return everyday to a very clean room. although next to a busy road, it wasn’t noisy at all, even when our room faced directly the street.

I like the facilities. I like to stay there when I have an early flight. You can walk from.there to the airport like maybe 15 mins uphill if you are not carry heavy luggage or you can take the ride from the hotel. Breakfast starts at 4am and it has plenty of options, you can find goji berries, milk that accommodates all diets, cereals, fruits, yogurts, plenty of nuts and seeds. I don't eat bread nor cakes nor meat, so for.me it was a nice surprise. I usually order room service and I also found options which weren't to harsh for.my stomach.

1. A very rich choice of dishes on the buffet 2. Very clean everywhere 3. The very center of the city, and 50 meters to the metro 4.There was always bottled drinking water in the room and a kettle in the room.

A very pleasant stay with a comfortable room, beautiful sunny city views, excellent facilities, a sports hall and sauna with stunning views, and professional staff. The hotel creates a truly positive atmosphere and provides an excellent environment for work. I particularly enjoyed the quality of the breakfast, the pleasant pool area, and the excellent facilities.

Set accross the street from Eduardo VII park and the botanical gardens, and 2 minutes walk from Avenida Liberdade, this hotel could not have been a better choice for a week’s exploration of Lisbon and its surroundings. Very clean premises, spacious rooms, spotless and big bathroom, amazing view…I would definitely go back.

I loved this hotel. Our room had vaulted ceilings, a lovely window with shutters. The shower was big with rainfall shower head. The staircase was beautiful. The breakfast room was large, breakfast was ample. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel was located close to Rossio Square. One street back, quiet location. Great for tour meeting places, 5-10 minute walk. Train station and Metro close by. Honestly the perfect location.

We chose Nicola Rosario Hotel due to its location, and were still surprised of how wonderful it is located. It’s quiet, but yet has a perfect location. Our rooms had a beautiful view over Rossio plaza and to the Castel. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome, with a drink and little Portuguese pastry. The room and hotel has always been very clean. Even while it rains, they handled the situation well. If we decide to come back to Lisbon, we will stay here again. Thanks for having us.
