The place was quiet, the staff very accommodating. The rooms are small, but clean. It really is a place for just to sleep and go on about your way.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - the staff members are friendly, the room is clean and cosy and has everything I needed. Breakfast is basic, but adequate. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near the airport.

The attentiveness of the staff, the exceptional quality of the renovation that has been executed to a building that is over 300 years old, peaceful space, superb quality of the bed and the relaxing and restful ambience. The daily breakfast we looked forward to, with fresh produce and delicious. Simply exceptional and will be back to stay for sure.

I loved the restaurant. The food quality is 5 star and that was a very nice surprise. I also loved that I had a balcony. The bed was comfortable and cleaning was done perfectly. I was welcomed by the staff and everyone was super friendly and fun. I was also given free water and soft drink. And they allowed me to do early check in because my flight arrived early. Overall I am satisfied.

We arrived too early for check-in time, but we asked to park our car there while we went into Porto. They were pleased to accommodate us, and helped us to find the best way to get started with our sightseeing. The air conditioning worked great in our room, there was a nice balcony overlooking a flowered garden, the beds and pillows were comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean and fresh, and we enjoyed the breakfast. There were also shampoo and soap packets. Above all, every staff member was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and they all communicated well with us in English, as we have minimal skills in Portuguese.

I didn't have breakfast. The staff - perfect. George was exceptional, extremely helpful and simply the nicest person you can meet. Very easy commute to the heart of Porto, four train stops and about 15 minutes .

He was very helpful. - The beds were very comfortable - There is AC in the room - It is at very quite location - There is bus stop exactly in front of the building - Free parking at the back of the Hotel - We used mainly taxi so it was 10/16 min drive to the bridge and main sight seeing.
