Exceptionally kind , caring and professional staff! Catarina welcomed us with a beautiful smile despite we arrived at the hotel very late. Within a minute we were on our way up to our lovely, clean spacious room with very practical interior. There was complementary bottled water and possibly to make hot beverages in the room. The bed was super comfortable. The BEST PILLOW EVER!! , blackout curtains and absolute silence aided our great sleep. I literally didn’t sleep so well in years! The breakfast was very nice with Portuguese specialties and Daniel helped us find everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Adriana , the manager looked after all our needs and gave us great advice. We also want to thank the rest of the Stay Hotel Team Hugo, Heidi, Joana, Rita, Paulo, Ana, Patricia and Bia. Thank you All for looking after us so well!!

Nice and comfortable rooms 15 min walk from airport. Close to metro.

The hotel is close to the airport. There is a small town near by and lovely beach only 6 km away. I took an uber to the beach.

Really close to the hotel, walking distance. The room was kept exceptionally clean there were other restaurants around the hotel which was very nice of them, they had a little paper that had all the restaurants around the hotel.

Everything was perfect. Best of all was the bartender. He was amazing. We can’t say enough about him.

The rooms are very big and quiet. The facility is just what is needed to stay befor or after the flight. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of verity and fresh orange juice. There is an elevator and good access to the rooms. The hotel provides shuttle to and from the airport and it is just across the road with less than 5 minutes drive.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

The attentiveness of the staff, the exceptional quality of the renovation that has been executed to a building that is over 300 years old, peaceful space, superb quality of the bed and the relaxing and restful ambience. The daily breakfast we looked forward to, with fresh produce and delicious. Simply exceptional and will be back to stay for sure.

Central location on the highway and a short hop from the Camino. Great breakfast buffet.

Everything was perfect, wish every hotel was like this. -The staff is phenomenal, speak multiple languages (english and portuguese + additional languages like Spanish, French etc.). -The room is perfect sized (very big) -Beds are comfy, although if youre 1m90 you need a twin bed for yourself - location is perfect. 200m walking from hotel to the station (metro leaves every couple minutes and goes straight to the city center in 20min) and busses connect to everywhere where the metro doesnt go.

Exceptionally clean, good quality food, rich breakfast, but most of all amazing staff, very helpful, welcoming and truly going the extra mile to make the guests feel comfortable.

We loved the place! Me, my wife, and 2.5 Year old Baby were staying here our first time in Porto. The rooms are exceptional and clean, they staff super friendly especially Ana Sofia and Francisca, both were super accomedating and very helpful in anything we needed. They made our stay in Porto amazing and we will definitly be back. After our expereince here I don't want to stay in any other place except for the Sheraton. The staff here are a model of what a 5 start hotel should be like. If I could I would give the place a 10 out of 10. BTW the breakfast and dinner is awesome with a ton of variety and friendly staff as well. During the day the have a snack bar and sometimes they have live music in the bar.

Close to everything and a great place to start the Camino.

Nice sized room with access to tea and coffee in room. Restaurant served dinner and breakfast, both of which were nice and at a good price. Staff were helpful and the hotel is clean and in a good location for restaurants in the area.

Cleanliness, airport shuttle, extraordinary personal, breakfast available since 3am.

We had a very late arrival and the hotel personnel were accommodating and pleasant. Excellent care by the hotel staff.

Clean, not to far from the airport

I liked almost everything at the hotel. The receptionists one guy and two ladies were really polite and helpful. The lady gave me drinking water at night as all the shops were closed. And they helped me to keep my luggages before checkin and after check out. Cleanining was quite good. Location was not the best, but still good.

I didn't have breakfast. The staff - perfect. George was exceptional, extremely helpful and simply the nicest person you can meet. Very easy commute to the heart of Porto, four train stops and about 15 minutes .

The staff at the hotel was very helpful, polite, friendly and extremely kind. Clean room, hairdryer in bathroom,soap and towels. The hotel itself is very nice building. It's a very old house that belonged to some reach person in past. The atmosphere in hotel is very nice, quiet, even that it is next to the road. The bus stop just next to hotel,but we did use bolt taxi,which was fair in price.
