Great location, wonderful view from the room, excellent breakfast, helpful staff...

Great value with parking very near the old city center. I was given a free room upgrade and offered early check-in.

Check-in was smoothly & efficiently handled by Sebastian. The hotel location is perfect & the free hotel parking right in the old city centre is an absolute bonus.

Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Everything you need, nice decoration. We loved the blue theme in the room and the bathroom sink. Close to the Old town, restaurants.

Breakfast was excellent, with many options. Location very good, although not in the historical center, very easy to reach the center by foot. Two supermarkets nearby. Also, the SPA is worth to try, very nice.

The property is located in the middle of the city and it has it own parking lot.

First of all I liked the placement! It is amazing to stay right on the City hall/ Market Square/ etc. ( call it how you want) Second, the stuff was so nice polite positive and friendly in a business way- not intrusive but trustworthy. 3rd point is that you have great restaurants, cafes, Starbucks, even convenience mini store at you hand . 4 the bar seems to have everything - though I didn't spent my time there. I loved the picture on the wall, the desk ( because I used it) and the hard mattress for my backpain- 10/10 The shower had good pressure and the morning shower with Scottish ending was good way to start the day. Parking lots are all around the hotel and you can easily find a spot. I would like to book in advance for the Christmas Market - pretty sure is the right spot to be! The minibar has water and soda. The stairwell is amazing and clean , and I loved the architectural good taste . The colours are used perfect.

Everything is absolutely perfect! Girls will definitely appreciate cosmetic by famous brand Rituals... Great location just 3 minutes walk from the main square. Few public parkings near hotel for 10 lei per day. Breakfast are very good. The selection of food is not that big, but everything is fresh and high quality. Cofee is also great, like in coffee shop. Note that economy rooms r not in the main building, but in the same courtyard. Also I should mention the amazing Christmas decorations! They r absolutely fantastic and it's really one of the most beautifully decorated building in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a best combination of value for money.

The hotel has a great location close to the city center and also to the park. All was clean and the breakfast was amazing.

The staff, very friendly and go extra mile to help and assist the guests. They even provided a birthday cake for my daughter for free even though we told them at almost midnight. The rooms were clean. Parking is available with some charge. Breakfast was good. Location is good with a 20 minutes walk to the old town but it’s not a problem if you have a car. There is big park in front of the hotel.

We only stayed for one night, but everything was just right. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and check-in was really easy. The location was good, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The service, staff were excellent. The breakfast as well.

The location is good (The large square is 2 min walk). The room and villa are very clean. We found everything needed in the room and the mini-bar have exactly what is needed. The interior design is amazing, I loved the heating system. We loved the breakfast there, we tried Mexican and American options. Finding a parking spot was not difficult and it is not expensive.

The location is in the heart of the city. It is nice and clean and the hosts are wonderful. If you go with car there are plenty of parking spaces near the hotel. The wine cellar where you can enjoy a coffee or a tee is just beautiful

Absolutely lovely place. Close to attractions and a very nice walk. Breakfast looks as if prepared by a chef

The warm welcome, the friendly and positive attitudine of the staff. The location - really close to the most important attractions. The cleanliness throught the property and obviously in the rooms. We really liked as well the nice touch of the hard wooden furniture and how everything is decorated- it gives a good vibe. The beds are comfortable, good mattresses- we've slept like babies. The breakfast - plenty of delicious options for a healthy first meal of the day.

The hotel is only one year old and in excellent condition, very clean, great location, and staff is friendly and helpful.
