A good hotel to stay in and hold conferences, large rooms, comfortable beds, very good breakfast, the reception staff is very courteous and quickly handled our every request.

Everything was amazing! The room was warm, clean, and quiet. Position in the Market Square was initially a concern, but there was no noise to speak of. Gorgeous interior and decorations, and great food in the hotel restaurant.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, excellent breakfast and restaurant. Spa services were excellent, massage was extraordinary -- I don't remember the last time my back felt so free. Would stay again at the hotel, the next time we're in Sibiu.

Very clean and well-maintained

Great value and quality stay. The hotel is located a 10 min walk from the old town. Underground parking is provided but payable, and a park opposite for a morning run. Breakfast is more than most hotels that we visited in Romania and the staff was helpful. Would stay again

The room, the bedding, the bathroom... everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. The hotel's location is good, as it is within walking distance of the historic city center. Across the street and next to the hotel are two large supermarkets, and there is also a gas station nearby.

Propietatea este una foarte bine pozitionata, intr-o zona linistita a orasului. Personalul a fost foarte serviabil si chiar ne-au facut sa ne simțim bine veniti. Locatie este renovata recent, iar paturile au foat unele dintre cele mai bune pe care am avut ocazia să dormim în ultima perioada. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost una desăvârșită, cu siguranță vom reveni către această locație la viitoarele vizite în Sibiu! Felicitari!

We had a clean and spacious room, bed was very comfortable, great AC, wonderful staff. nice pool, we enjoyed swimming with our son there. Great food at the hotel restaurant. Not exactly in the center but we didn’t mind since we had a car.

We were travelling and stopped here for one night. This Hilton is across the street from out favorite restaurant in Sibiu, Jacob Grillhouse, and after 11 1/2 hours of driving it was the perfect place to stay and just walk across the street for dinner. We had a suite, it was nice and spacious, and a balcony and my wife loves having a balcony when we stay at a hotel. Internet was great, the bed was great, check in was great. all of the staff was great, breakfast in the morning was very good and offered a wide variety of food selections. They have a nice onsite parking lot too.

Great location (15 minutes walking from the train station) right in the city centre. The staff was super friendly and the room was spacious and very comfortable. I don’t remember the last time I slept this well :)

We had a wonderful stay at Craft Inn in Sibiu. The hotel is perfectly located in the city – close to everything, yet very quiet, which made our stay extremely relaxing. The entire place is impeccably clean and very well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and very diverse. Everything was fresh and delicious – the hummus was especially outstanding! What impressed us most was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Any questions we had about the surroundings or things to visit were answered with detailed and helpful recommendations. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and inviting, making you feel truly comfortable from the moment you arrive. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Craft Inn to anyone visiting Sibiu.

We stayed for one night as two couples and booked two rooms. The place feels brand new, with a beautiful and unique design in every room. ​Great location—walking distance to Old Town with plenty of free street parking. Self check-in was super easy, and the host was on-site and very helpful. The morning buffet and a la carte breakfast was excellent and easily accommodated our dietary restrictions. ​Highly recommended!
