Excellent location, just two minutes away from the central station and couple of minutes more from the city centre. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The breakfast was amazing and delicious with many options.

Great location and incredibly friendly staff! The gentleman that checked me in was outstanding. He was friendly, kind and caring. He helped me find a car park nearby, provided me with a plate and cutlery for my take away food for my mother, and took the time to get to know me. The breakfast was delicious and healthy.

Everything! First of all, the staffs were lovely and kind. The hotel smells so good and elegant. The food is always good! The room is also nice. It’s just the bed is extra soft for my liking but nevertheless, we had a great time.

Great staff, it gave me a quiet room towards the inner courtyard. You can open the window in the room. Neutral, not allergic, no-wash-powder-smell bedlinen, comfortable bed. Funny dogs toys in the room, you can buy them if you want. Very quiet. Very recommended.

The hotel is in a great location near the train station and the city center. The staff is very friendly and ready to meet all the guests' requests to make their stay even more comfortable. I would especially like to highlight the breakfast, which was always beautifully served in a pleasant atmosphere and very varied, so we really enjoyed it. We would like to come again.

If you are contemplating taking the train from Copenhagen into Sweden, and want to stay in Malmo, this is a GREAT hotel. It's a very short and easy walk from the train station. Don't forget to check in at their sister hotel (which you pass on the walk - there's also a sign on the door reminding you when you arrive. Our room was ready early and it was VERY spacious compared to more expensive hotels in Copenhagen (2 adults and 2 children). Breakfast was fantastic. The location is very safe. It's a great hub to explore Malmo by foot. And best part -- it's cheaper to stay here and take the train back and forth to Copenhagen than it is to stay IN Copenhagen for the night!
