United StatesUpon entering the lobby we were greeted warmly. All information we needed was ready for us. Our room was gigantic. Best value for the money in terms of size of the room. My wife and I joked we could move in and just live there as an apartment. Two bathrooms, large living area and eating area, and a master bedroom. The property is close by the old square - and most things we wished to see. Bratislava is going to be the place I stay the next time I want to visit eastern Austria. Great value, beautiful property, great people. Secure parking.

Capital With a Small Town Feel
Charming and compact Bratislava is the world’s only capital city bordering two countries, Austria and Hungary, and centers around the beautiful Danube River. South is the modern city and a peaceful forest, but the real Bratislava attractions are over Novy Most (New Bridge), an impressive structure with a UFO-like pylon. The castle on a rock overlooking the Old Town offers the best views of it. The rock itself has a Jewish cemetery and a literally underground club.
Across the street, St. Martin’s Cathedral was the coronation site of past Hungarian kings. The cobbled streets behind are lined with outdoor restaurants and bars. The city’s specialty is treska, a cold cod salad, washed down with white wine from the nearby Small Carpathian mountains.
The main square is Hlavne namestie, home to pastel-colored buildings, a 14th-century town hall housing the city museum, and the Bratislava Christmas markets. Hodzovo namestie square features the Peace Earth sculpture and Baroque Grassalkovich Palace, the presidential residence guarded by the Slovak National Guard. Across the park is the Archiepiscopal Palace, seat of the government. All around are many Bratislava hotels, B&Bs and apartments available on Booking.com.
Before heading to Bratislava Airport, visit Kamzìk TV tower, whose revolving restaurant and observation deck offer magnificent city views.

The people are friendly, kind, and welcoming, and the city has a unique Central European character with its elegant Austro-Hungarian architecture, picturesque streets, and relaxed atmosphere. It is a wonderful place to visit, with a perfect blend of history, culture, and charm. I would happily return!

What a wonderful town!
What a wonderful town! I stayed near the Old Town area, making it very easy to walk around and see the sites. A walking tour my first morning got me oriented and made exploring on my own afterwards that much easier. I thoroughly enjoyed a coffee or glass of wine at a cafe on the Main Square and watching all the activity.

Bratislava is a lovely city for a short getaway, with a charming historic center, a relaxed atmosphere, and plenty to see within walking distance. One of the best things is its proximity to Vienna: we were able to visit Vienna easily during our stay, making Bratislava a great base for exploring both cities.

Lovely laid back city, some great architecture to admire. Views from the castle is amazing, nice area to watch and relax. The walk along old bridge and views, not one to miss. Evnings and sunset along the Danube is wonderful, enjoy a lovely walk, sit and relax, plenty of places to eat or shop at the massive Eurovea center. Viewpoints to enjoy over the river.
Easy to navigate the city with tram and bus, get the 24hr pass for only 4.50 Euros. Vienna is only 1hr by train or bus, can be 25 euros return if booked ahead.

Beautiful small old town and several interesting and beautiful castles not far away which make for an extra day tour. And the cuisine....If you like meat, cheese and starch you won't want to leave. 😋 Easily seen in 2 days but if you want to see the surrounding castles you'll need an extra day.

Btrtislava is in a great location to see other parts of Slovakia on day trips.there are many kinds of restaurants in Bratislava from different countries. I tried many of them and always had a good experience.
My grandson loved the many parks with swings.

Only stayed for one night in Bratislava but this hotel was a good choice as it was spacious and clean and very near to the city centre and the Christmas markets. The main points of interest are all within casual strolling distance. The room itself was large and well appointed. Wifi was good and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was the best we had on our four stop itinerary with a good choice of fresh local products. I can't see us ever returning to Bratislava but, if we did, I would be happy to stay here again.

I spent two days in Bratislava and have decided to stay in Loft Hotel. It was a very good decision because this hotel has exceeded my expectations. The room was really spacious and stylish. Free minibar was really nice compliment. Also, it's essential to mention the breakfast - very good choice of dishes and drinks. The Hotel is placed at the center between the main station and old down. This fact makes my staying better as well because it was easy to go to Bratislavskiy Grad, old town etc.

Great spot in the old town of Bratislava, close to the castle and all of the main attractions, and walkable from the train station (20 min).
Staff were great, on check in provided plenty of recommendations (restaurants and bars outside of the touristy area that weren't priced up), and explained on the map.
Room was great, bath and shower was excellent, breakfast was good.
Hotel and room very quiet over night, and bed comfortable.

Really enjoyed staying here! The hotel is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, it's got a lovely retro interior and the room was great: warm, comfortable, clean. The location is also good - you can walk to the Old Town and pretty much all the other attractions in the city.
For a future trip to Bratislava I'll definitely look into staying at this hotel again!
