I mistakenly chose the wrong room during my booking, and when explained i was offered a quick solution. Roland, the hotel manager, Nassim, the restaurant manager, and the whole staff were amazingly warm and welcoming. It was only my second stay at this hotel, but it felt like home with all the kindness and the attention received. My suite was beautiful, well equipped, clean, with a nice view on the sea. I strongly recommend this hotel.2

The staff really went to every effort to make everything as comfortable as possible. Very smooth airport transfer, I was carefully assisted throughout everything on arrival including getting a SIM card and getting on to the ferry. The view from my room was beautiful and everything was clean.

I liked the location of the hot how close it was to the beach. At night is was pretty calm and this made it easier for me to fall asleep. I also love how clean the hotel was, the staff cleaned althroughout the day.

Staff are excellent. Special shout out to the efficient dining room/ breakfast staff!
As well the front desk people were very helpful and kind.
My room was huge with a newly renovated bathroom, and patio.
Food in the hotel restaurant was very tasty.
Would highly recommend!

Breakfast was good, the front desk staff went above and beyond to accomadate us. We had one person that needed special accomadations and the staff bent over backwards to see that our needs were met.

The manager is one of the best managers I have ever met, he loves every one that walks through hotel Mallika doors and very down to earth manager, thanks for everything, sir, u are the best .the staff is generous, I think when it comes to customer service ,hotel Mallika has the best hotel staff of all the hotels I ever stayed in.
