The person the received us at the office/lobby did not have any training on how to greet customers at a hotel. Made us fill out everything, I thought that was his job. Also he didn’t give us any directions or information about breakfast times, location of breakfast, anything about the wifi? We had to find out on our on where things were etc In the other hand The girl serving us at the restaurant was so helpful, and so attentive, we received the best service from her, we gave her a big tip bc she was the best!! The beds are really bad!!😬 shower was not cleaned enough, only superficial cleaningness!! Hmm 🤔 would not stay there again

This place is very convenient if you are arriving late to the El Salvador Airport. Chris was very helpful on getting the transportation from to the airport to the place. This facility is really clean, bed is comfortable,the AC works well. This is a great place for the money and very affordable.
