    Do not go to Patong beach.

    Do not go to Patong beach. This place is sleezy, full of prostitutes and lonely old white men. It's so seedy. The beach is disgusting and dirty. My daughter ran out of the water as soon as she stepped into it. This is over touristy to the max. There are many other nicer beaches to go to and stay on Phuket.

    The room was very good, not a problem, only the fridge had a smell the cleaner came promptly and cleaned it but it came back so we avoided using it. That was our problem not wanting to complain. I travel a lot especially in Thailand and value for money, with the location to everything was an excellent choice for us.

    beautiful beach, being treated like a king by locals (addicted to the ice coffee and fruit trays) but they need to thin out the chairs on the beach, takes away the great views. get rid of the hawkers, getting harassed constantly if friggin annoying, l will buy from markets if l want something,

    Nice Public beach, there is a lot of activities and shops around it, if you prefer to be in the heart of the city with everything at the nearby, then it is your place, if you prefer Isolation for relaxation, then it is not.

    Great beach but full of plastic debris which is really sad. Plastic washed up on sand and in the water. We were not there in peak so hate to see it when it is crowded. Already lots of people trying to sell/ rent you things. Did not feel relaxing. Plastic rubbish was really sad to see. It was everywhere and quite dispiriting.

    Full of two week tourists. Ok if that’s what you want. Getting more expensive by the month. Some hotels have put up prices 100% in a year. Not a place to take small children although many do. Far better resorts in Phuket for families.

    Amazing location and stunning views! Right by Patong beach but avoiding the crowds as its located on a cliff, with great views of the bay. The 3 tier swimming pool ensures there is enough pool space and deck chairs for guests, even during the busy season (we visited during christmas). Great views all through from the lobby, the bar, restaurants. The best thing about this hotel was its staff. Exceptional service, friendly and ever smiling. Great place to stay in Phuket!

    It's my second visit to Phuket and last time I stayed in 3 different hotel. But this time, this hotel has amazing location, Decent spacious & clean room with balcony and superb rooftop pool with super reasonable price. 7-11, market, good pubs, restaurants, beach and almost everything is within 1KM. Initially I planned to stay there for the first day only but extended my stay there for all 5 days in Phuket.

    The staff was super helpful and friendly. They kept our luggage for 5 days before we arrived. The restaurant is super good and the rooftop area is amazing. We were in more than two times more expensive hotel in Phuket before this one and it was not as good. Amazing value for money!! Close to beach, lots of restaurants and bars, and the Bangla street, but still quiet. Massage was also great!

    Well run hotel with good staff. Location is excellent close to North end of Patong beach. I was in 2nd building which is set back from main road and quiet. As a light sleeper I slept well, but worth asking for quiet room as it's a big hotel. I had buffet breakfast once which was fine but there are good alternatives close by. I'll stay here again next time I'm in phuket.
