My parents were going to visit Ankara and intended to stay at Radisson. I also booked a room for myself to stay a day before their arrival and surprise my parents. I told the staff that I will wait for my parents in the lobby and asked them if we can add a bed in their room for the next days as I wanted to stay with them. All the reception staff and especially Ms. Nagme helped me facilitate the surprise! I was told that I can do a late checkout from the first room and when my parents came, we were upgraded to a suit room thanks to Ms. Nagme and the room was amazing! All the staff I interacted with, staff helping with the luggage, car parking, receptionists, bartender at the lobby bar - they were all extremely kind and helpful which made our stay very pleasant! Also, I had to work on my laptop for my business meetings, the area dedicated for work in the lobby is very nice. I wanted to get myself a coffee from the bar behind the working area, the gentlemen at the bar greeted me so nicely and offered coffee as a treat. Top notch customer satisfaction and super professional people everywhere at this hotel! In addition to all that, I had a brief chance to use the gym facility and it was more than I expected. They have cable machine, lots of dumbbells, elliptical trainer, lateral pulldown machine and few others. In general, rooms were super clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable. One other highlight is that I wanted to feed a cat who was roaming in the garden on the side of the building. A hotel staff who was having a break from work in that area offered to bring a bowl for me to feed the cat. I found this gesture really kind. He told me the cat is always there and they feed it. I hope the cat will stay there and they continue to feed. I want to thank Radisson Blu Cankaya staff for their politeness and help which made this surprise a special moment <3

We had a wonderful stay at Enerji Otel in Ankara. We originally booked for two nights but enjoyed our experience so much that we extended our stay for an extra day. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. A special thank you to Özgür at the reception for his kindness and professionalism. When we noticed that the fridge in our room was not working, he arranged a replacement in less than 30 minutes. Throughout our stay, every request was handled quickly and efficiently. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely stay at Enerji Otel again whenever we visit Ankara.

The perpect hotel for stay at Ankara, located beside luxurious train station ( both high speed train, regular train and metro). Just 10 minute approximately to city centre or Asti Bus Station by Taxi with price around 150 Turkish Lira. Room ver large, Lounge and Breakfast venue very arge and cozy. Top brand coffe shop and fastfood open until late night beside hotel. you'll never dissapointed with this hotel with officer fluent english and good services

Spacious modern polished and professional option. Excellent value for money. Lovely professional staff. Super location close to Karanfil for drinks and food and ten minutes walk to Tunus for even more options. Terrific breakfast which is way beyond the quoted ‘continental’, go for scrambled eggs with potato borek and simit sesame bread yummy. Deluxe double has massive firm bed. Spotless rooms and great bathroom with rain shower. Lots of drinking water. I only stayed 1 night and arrived very early thinking I would leave my bag and return to check in. They gave me the room immediately without me asking AND invited me for a free breakfast. I will return regularly.
