The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. Particularly, I want to recognize Petek and her supervisor, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. After checking in, we noticed a minor defect in our room, so Petek consulted her supervisor, who upgraded and gave us a better room. The facilities were top-notch, and the ambiance was both elegant and relaxing. I truly enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an outstanding experience.

There are some interesting historical areas and museums...

There are some interesting historical areas and museums around the citadel and some newer buildings such as the Opera House. However the city is very large, sprawling and modern with many tower blocks built in the last 20 or so years replacing some shanty towns especially on the way to the airport so choose your location to stay carefully on a map of the city!

Liked the Ankara citadel and the Ankara archaeological museum, which are side by side. Atnikabir is a good place to visit if you are going to Ankara. It's a huge mausoleum with pomp, change of guard and all that,, but not much to learn there.

Ankara is not the most beautiful city of Türkiye, but I kind of like it. Good vibe, good bars, good restaurant. Very nice city to work, an okay city to go around. Only the Airport is shit, so go by (highspeed) train from Istanbul. 4h from centre to centre. much better than the bathroom airport and endless traffic jam. Enjoy!

I enjoyed Ankara. The people were friendly and the location is not over crowded or difficult to get around. Even though Ankara is rich in history, I did not find many local tours for historical sites.

Check-in was already the next day late at night. We were very tired and they laid out and made a sofa for the children in advance, although we forgot to ask for it. We settled in quickly, without unnecessary formalities. The room is comfortable and clean, the bed linen is snow-white and pleasant. We were comfortable with two children. There is a bus stop within a 7-minute walk (you need to go to the second stop from the hotel towards the airport) from which you can leave for the city.

One of the most amazing boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. And a truly 5 * one. Superb location, in the heart of Ankara old city. Amazing rehabilitated old building, superb decoration and top comfy, spacious rooms (we had a standard one wich was huge - equivalent of suite elsewhere). Super clean and tranquil. Great service.
