All staff members we interacted with were courteous and efficient.
Excellent location: 5 min to Blue Mosque. We had a fantastic view to Mosque, either from room and restaurant!
Walking distance to all most important historical sites of Istanbul.
Breakfast was very good.

When we arrived at Arwen Hotel Mr. Ahmed (the owner of the hotel) personally met us at the gate and showed us our room. He also kindly offered us a one night upgrade of our room that was available that day. We accepted the offer without hesitation😅
We liked everything about this hotel. It’s beautiful, clean, quiet and very cozy. But what makes it special are the people who work there Mr. Ahmed, the personnel and the two dogs that were chilling in the shades the whole time.
When we come back to Fethiye we’ll definitely stay here again.

Nil , the proprietor was such a wonderful resource. She helped plan the while stay, from our airport pick up to the drivers who took us around Cappadocia. She also arranged our Balloon ride . All in all , a wonderful experience

I am definitely coming back here when I double up :P Even by myself I had a romantic experience. This is ideal stay for upper terraces, you can both walk up and down Kas and the balcony view is perfect! They are winning at the service!

Of course in itself being a cave hotel is what I liked. But what made it extra likeable is the staff, especially Betty who did her best to sort our accommodation and Han who made sure that we are taken cared of. I felt bad because we forgot the souvenirs Han prepared for us! But that means we will be back again in Arif Cave Hotel soon!

Truly felt like a home away from home. Room was very spacious but at the same time cosy. Breakfast was top notch - candied pumpkin was a delicious discovery that we haven't found anywhere else! Best thing about the accommodation is the staff that go above and beyond to make you feel like family.
