I had the pleasure of staying at Lilium Hotel Suite from 17-20 May 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience. To my delight, Ms Merva upgraded my room, which truly made my stay even more special. The hospitality, cleanliness, and attention to detail were outstanding. The lovely lady Ms.Merva at reception is the cheerful face of lilium and she is extremely courteous and hospitable....other staff members Mr.Hakan , Edib and Ahmed are all very cooperative. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bursa—it deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating! It is a stylish hotel within walking distance to Osman Ghazi Tomb ,Zafar Plaza and many Restaurant and Super Market.On 16th floor of hotel there is most beautiful restaurant with bird eye view of amazing city Bursa is the cherry on top.

Very friendly staff. One of the went with my husband to show him where the parking was as we could not find it. The location îs great. Across the street from the big bazar.

Room pretty descent size, good and free Turkish breakfast included, room heater available, hot shower is good. Location is okay for Bursa.

Excellent location in Bursa, near restaurants and shopping malls. The hotel is ideally situated, making it very easy to explore the area and enjoy dining and shopping options nearby. We enjoyed our stay, hotel, room and beautiful city. Thanks for compliment, we got some movenpick candys at arrival. But at desk was very slow manager, maybe intern. Maybe it was language barrier. When we checked out, they didn’t check our room and didn’t say that we left some stuff. Even when we came 4 hours later to pick up our bags, nobody said that we left my stuff at room. I forgot my swimsuit at room, but unfortunately nobody noticed me.

It’s my 2nd time and I love it and the reception team is quite friendly and the concierge is also friendly, make your stay comfortable and assists you if needed, thank you very much for your kindness my dears. The hotel is honestly incredible and the location is my favorite, rooms are also spacious which is very comfy.

Near to Ulu Cami, public transport Bus, train, taxi. Also many restaurants, shops, bank, supermarkets near by. Turkish breakfast with wonderful view at top of hotel.

I'm always amazed at people who pick the lowest price property and then complain because it's not like the Ritz. I loved this place… Just about everything about it. I was in a former house that had been annexed to the hotel… It was absolutely lovely… wood floors and ceilings, a beautiful staircase and living areas. There was something like a porch with a couple of tables on it or you could sit and smoke or have your coffee or whatever, and even inside the house on the other floors there were central areas with very nice tables. It was almost like a boutique hotel with period furniture. Just about two blocks down, the hill was the grand mosque, and the huge bazaar with all its various specialty areas… Silk, cloth, antiques, silver, and then the huge vegetable and fruit and meat and fresh market. Also downhill and just about three blocks was the bus stop for bus 38, which went directly to the large bus station outside of town. In the next block, there were two grocery stores, and they were restaurants everywhere along the streets. It was such a convenient place to be. The beds were comfortable, there was an air-conditioning unit which also had heating involved, and a warming unit in the bathroom, although it wasn't cold enough to be working. The staff was over the top, nice and helpful, and a living area has some antiques in it, which I thought was very charming, as well as the guy who came on to work at night. There was a small fridge in the room, which was nice, and across the street, there was actually a place where you could buy beer and possibly wine or other hard liquor, but I didn't check.

Nice room with a great view of the city. Walking distance from the Green Tomb/Green Mosque and Grand Mosque. Tasty breakfast.
