Thanks to his attention to detail and proactive approach, all paperwork and room keys are always prepared in advance, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The hotel was great, the room was great, breakfast was excellent, the location was great. Frankly, we enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend the hotel.

Everything was good. The room was clean. The people were nice. They helped it. Whatever we need something. Although the breakfast needed a little upgrade it has a lot of sauce but it's fine And the location was perfect.It was in the center.Everything was closed by just by walking.You can go to the mall you can go to.The market

Room pretty descent size, good and free Turkish breakfast included, room heater available, hot shower is good. Location is okay for Bursa.

The staff were great and were always ready to assist with anything that we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect and we walked everywhere, because everything was within a walking distance. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
