Great location, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. Good value for the price. We would stay here again.

Hotel is literally 5 minutes from the airport on foot. You can see it once you reach the end of the building. There is even a metro nearby if you want to go and see the city. Hotel was very clean and staff attentive and nice. Always happy to help. Excellent service at the restaurant. I only came for a night but could have stayed forever. From the arrival to departure it has been an excellent service. Special regards to the team at the bar. Korkut, mere musa and of course ayla. I am wishing them all the best and I'm looking forward to come again.

Our stay was very enjoyable, and the location was excellent, close to the historical sites in Old Al Fateh. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always welcoming and helpful, making sure guests felt comfortable at all times. Special thanks to Wafaa, Sara, and Aya for their outstanding hospitality and warm attitude, which made our stay even more memorable and pleasant.

Stay was nice. One guy at reception when I check-in was not welcoming and his attitude seems like we are staying for free of charges. The other guy in the morning when I check-out really nice. Good option for travellers who got transit time. Bathroom and toilet facility is very clean, and it doesn't feel like sharing. Overall good experience. May consider bit lower price for cabin.

The staff were very hospitable and friendly. Although my stay was over by 12:00 noon, i asked them to look after my luggage till midnight. They carefully transferred it to the safe place with 24/7 CCTV. It was very pleasant and comfortable for me. I would like to specially thank Naim for his advice on travel, shoppings, sightseeing. He was very friendly and warm

The location: 3-5min walk to Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, and the Palace. You can also take tram train downstairs to go to other major sights. The location is so convenient. The staff: they offer warm and professional services! The first time we arrive, the staff welcomed us at where the driver dropped us and helped with our luggage. Also gave us very detailed information on the sights and useful suggestions on our planning, and helped us arrange the Bosphorus boat tour. On the day we leave, they helped us book a transfer at 4:30 AM and everything just worked so well. They also prepared sandwiches and tea for us as we would not be able to eat breakfast in hotel on that day. That’s so warm hearted and considerate. The room: large and comfortable for family stay. Breakfast is also very good.

The ala carte breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Ilhan and Erdi were the best staff you can have at the l'entre restaurant.

Stunning location, 1 minute walk from tram station, 5 min to the blue mosque and all the bazaar, 10 min to the ferry pier. The Hotel brilliant hospitality, the staff even give us a detail explanation of what to do nearby and give us souvenir at first. The bathroom is a bit old but is good enough for the price. They serve free breakfast every morning, Wifi is great, everything is great, you simply cant ask for more PS: just remember dont go to the restaurants nearby the area cos they are all overpriced. The staff warned us but we didnt listen at first, Trust the staff from this hotel!!!!

Location is great. You can go to major attractions in within 10 min. walk Exceptional staff in the reception and the restaurant. The room is nice and clean. Nice Turkish restaurant next door gave us 20% discount as we stay in this hotel. Free tea after meal as well.
